Located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway in Bethany Beach, this vacation condo offers views of the ocean. Sea Colony offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools and tennis courts, a trolley, and numerous fun activities. Take advantage of the nearby beach, boardwalk, and downtown Bethany Beach, and sample from the many restaurants. Annapolis and Brandywine buildings offer outside grills on a stretch of grass area outside of the building. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo includes a beautiful ocean view from a nice-size balcony with seating. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double, single with trundle bed, and a small table TV.
The kitchen is newly renovated and opens to the dining room giving you a view of the ocean while you cook. It also has an island giving you extra counter space. The living room has a new sofa and a loveseat, side tables, a coffee table, a TV, a DVD player, and books and games available for guest use. The home also has all new luxury flooring throughout, new mattresses and bedding, and an additional third bedroom. Edgewater House is the main building of Sea Colony and has an indoor pool and small gym in the lower lobby and a beautiful deck and outdoor pool right outside the lobby. There is a small store on the ground level of the building. The tram picks up at our building. There are shops and eateries right across the street and tennis courts a few buildings away. Guests will also be a short walk to downtown Bethany Beach.

THINGS TO KNOW
The 'door' for the third bedroom is an accordion-style door that separates the sleeping area from the rest of the living area.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
There is construction in the building through mid-May 2024. There will be noise, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times. Please use caution when entering the building and obey signage.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
