**NEW LISTING** As soon as you arrive to this newly renovated, new town home you will be impressed at every turn. Privacy, a gorgeous backyard, and a one and only custom Key West pool design that will WOW you. Enjoy all of the five star amenities, including four complimentary beach cruiser bikes, with lights, baskets, and locks.

THE LIVING AREA

With all brand new furniture, and 65" smart TV, you will have plenty room for entertaining. Poseidon's Paradise is loaded with high-end finishes, and elevated ceilings allowing for lots of natural light.

The open living area leads you into the fully equipped chefs kitchen. With top of the line appliances, laminate countertops, a Keurig as well as a regular coffee maker, you will find all the pleasantries you have at home. Cook 5 star meals, grill your fresh catch on our new Webber grill, and entertain family/friends during your spectacular vacation.

THE BACKYARD & POOL

Stepping outside through the set of French doors , you will be mesmerized by your very own private resort-like oasis, starting with the huge comfortable outdoor couch and sitting area. Relax and enjoy a movie or the big game on your new 65" outdoor smart TV. The custom pool is what sets Poseidon's Paradise apart from the rest. Whether you want to hang out along the long bench seating, relax in one of the two in water pool loungers, or swim laps for exercise in one of the largest residential pools in Key West, this pool offers it all. On the other side of you full outdoor bath, you will find an excellent place to enjoy outdoor dining from our six top dining table. Listen to the water coming from the waterfall and enjoy the custom LED lighting as you sit back and enjoy the vacation of your dreams.

- Bedroom One: Master King bed with luxury linens; 55" smart TV, en-suite bath with shower/tub, and vanity.

Poseidon's Paradise lives up to it's name. Beautiful house and pool. Extremely comfortable. Nice sized rooms, great grill, equipped kitchen. Truely a home away from home. Quiet neighborhood. 10 min drive to airport, Duval and the marina. On a bike trail with easy ride to Smather's Beach. Hosts were extremely easy to work with and fantastic commincation. Total A experience.

Amazing!!!!

We have been coming to Key West for weekly vacations for 10+ years. We decided to try a month this year and so glad it was at this property. I don’t have a single complaint. Everything from the quality of the bedding (Vera Wang & Calvin Klein sheets, Nautica towels) to the well appointed kitchen was exceptional. We really liked the location. Very quiet, friendly residential area. The distance from Duval St was a plus for us and the pool and porches made it so that there were many days we didn’t need or want to leave the house. The property manager never missed a beat. We had some unseasonably cool days where the temperature dipped into the 50’s and when the heat didn’t turn on-a technician was dispatched to fix the issue in less than an hour. This property would be hard to top. We had a fantastic trip!

I would stay here again........

I have nothing but good to say about our experience staying in this home. The home is nicely furnished and roomy. The environment has a naturally relaxing feeling to it. The pool is large compared to many of the backyard pools in the area and it was great. The house is located in a neighborhood in the middle of Key West. Some may not like this as it is a couple of miles from Duval but we really enjoyed it as it was quiet with very little traffic. You can easily get an Uber or taxi to get to activities. The couple of items we needed assistance with were quickly addressed by Chris the Property Manager. He was great to work with. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future.

overall, a very nice place. will stay here again.

Loved the pool, the fenced in yard for my dog, the tile throughout, many flat screens and the furnishings. Only downside, although minor, is the distance from old town. That said, I knew where the house was when I rented it as I am quite familiar with KW. I will rent here again.

Perfect Spot to Stay in Key West

We were fortunate to book this property for November and December 2021. We made the perfect choice. From entertaining family and guests to celebrating the holiday it’s the perfect space - large but inviting. Each bedroom has ample space and the en-suite is beautiful. Updated and modern, the property had more then everything we needed. The property manager is responsive as well as good at communicating the arrival of upkeep custodians. For instance, the pool, oh goodness the luxurious pool! Cleaned weekly, you will know it’s happy hour when the waterfall starts (on a timer) at 4pm. We would grab a cocktail and soak before taking a short Uber ride to downtown for dinner and shenanigans. We would start our day with coffee on the outside deck catching up on the morning news - pre programmed to Northeast local new (thank you!) and a morning swim. Being that we are in COVID working environment- we were able to work poolside in the second outdoor deck area with an outside bathroom - which of course made it easy to indulge in an after lunch swim. The housekeeper for the property was amazing! (We contracted her weekly for our stay again set up by the property manager Chris). With the location so close to Key West attractions we were able to see the best that was offered. Snorkel trips, reef diving, sunset sails, live music. And the best was feeling like we were coming “home” every evening. We visit yearly and look forward to booking this property again.

Our home is centrally located in Key West, which is considered “New Town”. This is an excellent location for a guest, wanting a little more peace and quiet than the hustle and bustle of downtown Key West, but only a couple miles away from Duval Street.

What makes this property unique

I believe our property is unique because of the backyard. We have one of the largest residential pools in Key West. Our pool is perfect for relaxing, watching the game on the outdoor TV, swimming laps for exercise.
