We had a wonderful stay! The house was fantastic, and Vananh was a great host. It was comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our group. Overall, we'd happily stay again!

The hosts were wonderful and responsive but the backyard was a mess when we arrived, the toilet downstairs didn’t work and the neighborhood feels a little sketchy. The house itself was renovated nicely and we had everything we needed while there. We appreciated the host’s attentiveness and quickly responding to our needs. Great communication.

The house inside is beautiful and the owners are very good at communicating. Unfortunately the area was just not right for us and parking a big car was a problem. Also Philadelphia in general is pretty run down so check the area where you will feel comfortable.

Crisp and clean in Philly!

Host was fantastic! We had zero issues and enjoyed our stay in this crisp clean home. Parking was a bit of an issue and I’m glad we had our smaller car. Highly recommended this home if you are looking for a place in Philly!

From the moment we arrived we knew our stay was going to be great. Parking was easy, the street around the corner had ample space for our two cars during the stay. We came and went with ease. The space is welcoming and comfy. There were a couple minor gripes but nothing that impacted our stay. I'll mention those later. The area was nice and exactly what I'd expect staying right outside the city. We spent most nights out and about walking to different restaurants (mostly for pickup). Met some friendly locals and a really sweet cat that followed us around.The kitchen was nice and well equipped, we enjoyed coffee on most mornings and really liked what was supplied. First gripe is that the pictures show 8 chairs at the dining table, there are only 6. It was one of the reasons I booked this place because we were expecting a bigger group but had two back out before arival. With our smaller group we had plenty of space to sit and eat or just graze throughout the day. The bedrooms were comfortable for my wife and I but some complained that the beds were too hard. Personally I loved them, and as soon as I post this I will be sending a private message to the owners asking what make and model they are. Perfect segue for the one of the best perks we got staying here, the owners. They were awesome. Super responsive and provided some bottles of water and snacks upon arrival. They made us feel very welcome staying here.We really enjoyed our stay, thanks for having us!

The property was beautiful! The pics didn't do it justice. The AC worked on ALL floors which was a huge plus because in lots of places the upper floors are significantly warmer. We enjoyed dinner on the rooftop one night and the views were great! Easily and comfortably fit our group of 7 adults. Only issues: basement bathroom backs up and the garbage was overflowing in the back of the house (likely due to timing of trash day).The street in front of the house is extremely narrow but we found parking easily on the cross street.Would def stay here again during group trips to philly.
