Had an amazing time. I was pleasantly surprised at how much there was to do in house. The kitchen was clean, the bathrooms were clean, everything was neat and tidy. It was a quick 10-15 minute walk to downtown Fishtown. Check-in was extremely quick and easy.

The location was good, as it was about a 15-minute drive to most city parking garages and about a 20-minute walk to the subway near Temple University, which went directly to the baseball stadium. The kitchen was well stocked with a nice coffee bar (which the leaders appreciated). The scouts enjoyed the games and chill atmosphere. We stayed at this property with the Scouts, and they loved it. Wonderful place to stay in the city!! Very clean place. Plenty of spices, dishes, k-cups were stocked in the kitchen. All the games worked perfectly and were soo much fun! Lots of yummy snacks in the vending machines as well. The only parking available is street parking so just make sure to plan for that accordingly. Wonderful place and I would definitely recommend to anyone!
