This was a great place with a perfect location close to the metro. The beds were comfortable and the fridge worked well. We did have some trouble checking in after our train was delayed and we (understandably) weren’t able to get the key in time - for future travelers, the key pick up ends at 23:00, so we would recommend planning for travel earlier in the day to avoid having to book a new hotel for the night. The host was extremely communicative and helpful when we messaged, never waiting more than 10 minutes for a response. Our main issues were with the bathroom. The shower is a bit small and the faucet was very hot so we did burn ourselves a couple of times. Additionally, the bathroom did not smell great, but this was resolved by closing the toilet lid and bathroom door when we were away. Last issue, we thought the sofa would be a double pull out, but it was not. Still was totally great to sleep 1 person, but could not sleep two. We genuinely did greatly enjoy staying here and would recommend to fellow travelers. It was great for it’s price, comfortable to stay in, host was communicative and friendly, and the location is wonderful!

Let me start with the good...Great Location!Reasonable Price!Safe!Now for the other things you need to know...1. There is no keypad or lock box. In order to check in, you will be required to go to an obscure and somewhat questionable convenience store, 10 minutes away to get a key. You MUST do this between 4-11pm. If you are any later than that, oh well!And they don't have a spare key, so you may be required to drop off the key 10 minutes away if there is a problem.2. There is no after hours communication with your host. You will only get an AI response.3. The property is not as clean as it looks in the pictures. The rug needs a deep cleaning. The floor doesn't get mopped regularly and the walls need a good wipe down. The courtyard outside the front door is cluttered, especially right next to the front door.4. The mattress isn't to bad but the sheets are thin and scratchy. The bed frame creeks every time you get in and out.5. Because there is no AC you need to keep the windows open to cool off the place. You are on the ground level in an open courtyard so you feel like there is no privacy and everyone can hear you when the windows are open and that is most of the time you're there.6. When you can communicate with the host, they can be rude. They won't believe you if you say something is dirty. Really frustrating to work with!

Schönes kleines Apartment. Im Innenhof steht viel Krempel rum, stört aber nicht. Besteck mussten wir erstmal spülen vorm Essen und das Eisfach war so vereist, dass es nicht mehr zugeht. Bad war sauber, der Duschvorhang aber ein bisschen kaputt
