This very modern, spacious and bright home with open floor plan is located in North Naples, and close proximity to everything. It is located in the very quite and friendly Walden Oaks neighborhood. The Community offers a large heated pool and a club house with the tennis courts. It is a beautiful safe area to stroll or bike around (2 bikes included in rental). It is located only 5 miles to the beach and 2.5 miles to Mercato shopping center which is abundant with restaurants and night life 7 days a week. Downtown Naples is located 20 minutes by car where you can shop, enjoy the world class beaches or stop in for a great lunch or dinner any day of the week. North Naples is the place to be.
