Easy walk or bike ride to the beach. House has all the beach needs - chairs, umbrella, coolers and bikes if you want to ride including an adult three wheeler with a basket that you can load your beach stuff. Naples Park is 91-100’s Streets is an interesting area going through gentrification with some tear down new homes in the 2M. Lovely neighborhood and friendly neighbors. My pup B really love it.

Great location and attentive hostess

This was a great location near the beach and close to the resort where our son was getting married. The beach house was very comfortable and we enjoyed hanging out there between our many events. The hostess was exceptionally attentive and communicative and she quickly addressed our questions.

We're a family from Miami who came to Naples looking for a place to relax and to have some quality family time. We found a rental property at Naples Park (on VRBO, of course!) and had the best time visiting local restaurants, riding our bicycles and going to the beach. We figured, we have this retreat so close to us... why not get a property here? So we immediately started our search for the perfect place for us...

Why they chose this property

Casa Playa Naples was love at first sight... We loved the location, so close to the beach, and the charming Key West style. Also, the large enclosed backyard is perfect for our dog to run around. We are all happy here :)

What makes this property unique

Naples brings us together.. it brings us peace. Come and experience it yourself!. Naples is quiet, people are gentle and courteous, the beaches are amazing and there are so many good restaurants nearby.
