The Chantrerie Studios are located on a quiet little cul-de-sac between the Cathedral and the Lot River, near Place Champollion, where there are many restaurants.

This studio is located on the ground floor (no lift) and has been completely renovated in an industrial style. With two windows, it is less bright than the studios above. It has a portable air conditioner.
Fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, induction cooktop, range hood, microwave, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, French press, toaster).
Bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) with electric towel warmer and hair dryer.
Living area with two armchairs, TV, and free Wi-Fi.
New IKEA bedding, 140x200 (duvet, 2 firm pillows, 2 soft pillows).
