Nestled in the heart of Cahors, this charming terraced townhouse is a true haven for four people seeking comfort and convenience. Behind its discreet facade, you'll discover a spacious interior where every detail has been carefully considered to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The two bedrooms, veritable sanctuaries of peace, each have their own private bathroom, guaranteeing privacy and comfort for all guests. Outside, a 100 m² garden invites you to enjoy the fresh air and balmy evenings of the Lot region. You're right in the heart of the action: train station, free bus service, delicious restaurants, pharmacy, and shops are all just steps away. Not to mention the famous Valentré Bridge! Enjoy the advantages of city life while savouring the tranquility of a cosy and well-appointed interior. An invitation to experience the gentle pace of life in the Southwest. Semi-detached townhouse: exterior door with intercom leading to the common area, then into the cottage via the door, entrance hall, 2 bedrooms (2 queen-size beds), one with its own shower room and the other accessible via a corridor leading to a separate WC with washbasin, then to its own washing machine and dryer. The 20 m² bedroom is accessed via its storage area and has an en-suite bathroom with WC. An additional room with a desk and sofa is accessible from the entrance hall. The 52 m² living room includes a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area. Electric heating is provided in the living room, the additional room, and the master bedroom. The wood-burning stove is not functional. Wi-Fi access is available. A 40 m² terrace, shared with the owner's apartment on the ground floor, features garden furniture, a griddle, a covered area with a sink, and a 60 m² enclosed garden with artificial turf, a hammock, and sun loungers. Paid public parking is available in front of the cottage, and free parking is also available nearby. Pets are welcome, and your stay is all-inclusive!

This is a large, clean property in an easy location to see the city of Cahors. The place is fully furnished with everything you will need for a short stay or long stay. The property is fully updated and even includes a dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator and clothes dryer. The owner was very helpful and accommodating.
