This large 3-bed 3-bath split level townhouse is just 700 yards from Steamboat Springs ski resort, with 3 living areas for maximum flexibility at the base of the mountain.

A cozy fireplace in the main living area, quiet second living room downstairs and a play area with sleeper sofa means the group can spread out during the day before coming together around the dining table in the evening.

Located only a short walk from the slopes, you’re also near restaurants, grocery markets and shops all within an easy 5-10 minute drive. And at the end of a busy day, there are three comfortable bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, ready to receive your tired bones.

Our property also includes a large patio area with a BBQ available for those mild nights - come cook outside and dine al-fresco!

INSIDE THE HOUSE

This split level home has three living areas, one with a full sleeper sofa, as well as three bedrooms sleeping another 7 guests (10 total). The flexible layout makes the home suitable for any kind of group, from a pair of honeymooning couples to a family with kids, and everything in between.

The main living area has a large sectional couch, cozy gas fireplace and fast screen TV, with a second comfortable living area and second TV down a flight of stairs. At the top of the home is the ‘fun room’, with a foosball table and full sleeper sofa - send the kids off to play and settle down in peace on the quiet first floor!

When you come together in the main living space, there’s no reason for the chef to be left out of the chatter, with an open plan L-shaped kitchen including bar seating and open to the wooden 5-seater dining table. Granite counters and stainless steel appliances make cooking a pleasure rather than a chore, and if you’d rather take dinner al fresco, there’s a gas BBQ grill and outdoor dining furniture on the patio.

At the end of a day on the slopes, sink into one of the comfortable beds and relax. Choose from a master bedroom with king bed, second with full bed and a third bedroom with twin bunks and a separate twin bed as well, the. With the sleeper sofa in action, the home sleeps up to 10 people, with three full bathrooms between them.

OUR LOCATION

Skiers and snowboarders alike will love this location - it’s a 5 minute drive to Steamboat Resort, or walk it in under a mile. Steamboat is a scenic, family-oriented mountain resort boasting almost 3,000 acres of ski and snowboard terrain. Coming in summer? There’s plenty to do in the milder months as well, from guided hikes to gondola rides, mountain biking to fishing.

Worked up an appetite? No problem - there are a range of restaurants on the mountain and below. Head to La Montana Mexican or Slopeside Grill, both an easy walk from the lodge, or a 8 minute drive along Walton Creek Rd takes you into the center of Steamboat Springs for even more options.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
