Start your vacation off right when you walk into this beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome located within walking distance of the ski area.

The first floor of the property features a large chef's kitchen stocked with every kitchen tool you will need to whip up your favorite meals. Ready to eat? Showcase your creations and spend quality time with the family in the adjoining dining room area around the dining room table.

With an open concept, the kitchen flows into the living room area where you can tune in to your favorite shows or sip on your favorite beverages in front of the gas fireplace.

The top floor of the property features the master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a large jacuzzi tub and steam shower. The second bedroom is also on this floor with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom.

On the bottom floor you will find another large seating area with a flat screen TV perfect for enjoying a family movie night. The third bedroom is also on this floor with a king size bed and private patio. On this floor, the fourth bedroom has two twin over twin bunk beds. Another full bathroom sits on this floor with a full tub and a shower.

Additional amenities for this property include a private garage, pool, and hot tub area located within close walking distance. For your enjoyment, we also have a private hot tub on our lower deck.

Awesome place close to the mountain

We loved this property. Spacious, comfortable, nicely furnished, 5 min walk to the mountain plus shuttle service everywhere. Would rent again.

4th of July in Steamboat Springs

Beautiful property, lots of amenities, close to town. There was plenty of room for 9 people. You Can walk to several restaurants. We all enjoyed the community hot tub and pool. It was great having a washer & dryer in the house. Steamboat Springs is a beautiful town. We would come back and stay here again!

Great location for skiing

We had a wonderful time . Place was clean and the perfect location for skiing Steamboat. Shuttle was easy to take to/ from ski resort. Pickup was right outside across from driveway.

Steamboat Ski Weekend

Great property and location. Love three of the bedrooms had king size bedrooms for couples and hot tub just for this unit. Would definitely stay at this property again! Views are amazing too.

Our stay was fabulous! Great location, very nice layout of the property! We had an issue with the master shower not getting water to the head. It was resolved the next morning and was very pleased with the quickness of the issue being taken care of. I would recommend this property again!

Beautiful townhome near the slopes

Such a gorgeous property w/ everything our families needed. Everyone had plenty of space. Perfect location, just a short shuttle ride to the mountain. Loved the hot tub!

Fantastic Condo with Driveway Pickup by Shuttle

This condo was perfect for our group. And we very happy with the shuttle service to/from the ski resort. Not only was it a very shuttle ride, but the pickup and drop off was at the end of the driveway!

This was a nice condo. The location was perfect. We had 7 adults and it was large enough for all of us. Condo was very well stocked and completely livable. Beds were comfortable. Parking is somewhat limited as we had multiple cars. The hot tub and pool facility was within walking distance and very nice. We had some issues with water pressure but after contacting the offfice it was quickly resolved. The views were stunning. We had a wonderful time.

Week of 4th of July family get away!

The communication with the property managers was difficult as it seems they were using a template. Because the condo was empty we were offered a discounted rate to arrive a day early. We accepted the offer but again the template (or whatever they are using) made it difficult to communicate. We were also offered a 2 hour early access. Lauren stepped in at the end and was super helpful. She is AWESOME! The linens were good, trash bags, paper goods, great kitchen! The floor was dirty and needed more TLC. Lovely week overall. The location and condo made a great base camp for all the many activities. Busy, Busy, Busy!!! I need a rest from my vacation.

Family Ski Week

Stayed in the condo as part of a family ski week which included my wife and I with our 4 (adult) children. Condo was exactly as described. The 4 bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of space to give everyone a little privacy. Kitchen was great and had all the basics and the gas fireplace in the den was nice way to get warm after being out all day. We enjoyed the private hot tub on the back deck and the two large public hot tubs by the heated pool. The shuttle service to and from the mountain was excellent. The shuttles circles through the condos every 10-15 minutes, picks you up right in front of the condo and it is a quick trip to the drop off area at the mountain. On the way back it also drops you off right in front of the condo. We had a minor issue with a slow drain in the bathroom shower and the maintenance team responded quickly and addressed the issue. Overall we were very pleased with our stay in the condo.

No hot water and chirping fire alarms

For the first evening and following full day of the rental, we had a chirping fire alarm and no hot water. We didn’t get hot water until Saturday morning of a Thurs eve - Sunday afternoon stay. Still waiting for a rental $ adjustment from management company. Other than that, would stay here again. Management company worked with us to get the right maintenance people to fix the issues. It just took awhile to get them fixed.

We appreciate the feedback, Katrina. In reviewing the reservation history, we received a call the morning after your arrival to our EML line regarding the smoke detector beeping. When speaking with reporting guest, we were informed he wasn't actually at the unit yet and was not directly experiencing the issue. Regardless, we dispatched our team and they were at the unit within the hour. We agree the hot water situation was unfortunate and an inconvenience and after discussing your scenario with upper management, compensation was provided for your stay. Great location.

The property was everything I expected. Located in a great area, we enjoyed walking to to ski resort. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was a very warm weekend, we knew there was no air conditioning, but a fe extra fans sure would have been nice. I requested an early check in if possible. We physically got to the property about 3:30. Housekeeping was not there but I had not received any notice that we could get in early. Had to sit around till 4, as the access code doesn't work until then. One other issue was with Housekeeping. One of the upstairs beds had blood stains. This wasn't noticed until later in the evening at bed time. Some extra sheets would have been appreciated. I was able to get a hold of the management company the next day and sheets were delivered. However, later in the evening when we made up the bed, we discovered there were 2 fitted sheets! A comforter was never delivered.
