The spacious large brick patio at the side of the house is lush with vegetation, patio seating, and a grill. Outdoor shower in back of the house to wash the sand off before entering the house. Also provided are beach towels and beach toys for the kids. Two parking passes provided for permit only parking. If you have more than two cars please ask me about where to park extra cars.

We live in Galveston and are available 24/7. We will give you space but only 5 minutes away if you need anything. You can check-in using the keypad.

Historical neighborhood two blocks from the Seawall. This house is on the parade route for Mardi Gras. Otherwise the neighborhood is quiet but two blocks from fast food as well as fine dining, pleasure pier, and the beach. All of that so close by. Hop on the trolley to go downtown to the strand or moody gardens.

Easily walk to pleasure pier, the beach, or to restaurants. Catch the trolley just across the street to go downtown and get dropped off at your door. Only costs $1.00. At 25th and seawall catch the trolley to go to Moody Gardens.

This space is upstairs so there is a flight of stairs indoors with separate entrance.

STORM POLICY:
Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. No refunds will be given unless The National Weather Service or Government Agency orders mandatory evacuations. Dates of rentals are guaranteed (exception: Act of God, e.g. fire, mandatory evacuation due to hurricane) when deposit has been received. In the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" event due to storms we will not grant refunds. Texas coastal weather in the summer can be unpredictable. We recommend travel insurance whenever possible during these months. Check with your local insurance provider for details on your options.
