The home is also in the center of many Spring Training facilities and world class golf courses. Or maybe you choose to stay in and enjoy the private, private pool on the lake with magnificent views. The house is fully equipped for all of your needs. The billiards room is just waiting for some friendly competition!

We needed the sunshine and place near Spring Training! We have a blended family of 6 kids and 4 grand-boys and all love visiting our place in Avondale, AZ. We hope you love it too! Garden Lake Estates is a beautiful, walkable community with many parks to visit. We love the idea of looking out at a lake rather than a fence and enjoy the backyard so much! ;) This spot is near so many activities and great places to eat. We think it's the perfect location!
