Welcome to Glendale Az! Our home is located in a great neighborhood. We are across the street from Arizona Cardinals stadium, Desert Diamond Arena ,Westgate Entertainment Center, AMC theaters, Casinos and more.

The space
The entire house is yours to enjoy! We have a selection of movies for adults and kids. Life size connect four, jenga, and a pool table for you to enjoy.

Garage is not available.

Jacuzzi is only heated during the months of October through April and is only available on request and for an additional fee. $40 per day. Pool cannot be heated.

If you workout everyday you can run or walk the green belt. If you walk out of the house turn right and follow the road to the end and you will see the green belt. You can take the trail all the way to the stadium. It's a very nice walk.

Along with 4 teenage boys, in town for Spring Training, La Casa Verde was the perfect house for us! The kids loved the pool (even tho it was a bit cold for me!) and the pool table inside was a big hit! Nice touches were bottled water, snacks and good coffee! Veronica was very responsive for a couple of problems we encountered. A great stay!

We had an amazing stay at the La Case Verde. We traveled with 4 adults and 4 teenage children. We loved the outdoor space including the pool, Hottub, grill and seating areas. Having three bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us plenty of space. The pool table was great, along with access to washer and dryer. The neighborhood was close to many restaurants and grocery options. Having access to an extensive walking trail was a bonus for early morning runs. Overall 10/10.

Our family had a nice time at this property. It was a treat to have coffee and muffins for us upon arrival. In addition to being able to log in to streaming services, there were multiple DVDs available. As others have noted, responses were quick. While we grilled out, the hot tub was an enjoyable option to keep the grilled company as was the fire pit. While we did not utilize the pool table or other indoor games, I imagine other families would. All in all, there were aspects of this VRBO that appealed to everyone in our party.

Hi were the Gonzalez family! We have three kids and have been married for 30 years. We bought this house many years ago and fell in love with it but we out grew it really fast and we didn't have the heart to sell it so we thought the next best thing would be to make it a vacation home for others to enjoy. It's in a nice neighborhood lots to do. My favorite thing to do was go walking on the green belt in the evening. It's located at the end of the road. Anyways we painted our house green because my husband grew up at his grandmas house and it felt like home to him and her house was green.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is unique because it is very close to Arizona Cardinals Stadium, also the Glendale Entertainment District featuring chicken n pickle, movie theatre, pop golf and many other things to do.

What makes this property unique

My house has a pool table which is a big hit with guest, we also have life size connect four, Jenga and we also have a pool and jacuzzi.
