We are delighted to welcome you to our one-bedroom apartment, located in Cap Estérel, in the hamlet of Agay, between Saint-Raphaël and Fréjus. The 28m² apartment comprises: one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a TV, two sofa beds, a bathroom with a spacious shower, sink, and toilet, a fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), storage space, and a baby cot available upon request. You can enjoy the sunny terrace with its amenities, a small garden area, and panoramic sea views. A private parking space is included with the apartment. Cards are available for access to the 5 swimming pools, 2 of which are just 2 minutes from the apartment: a 380m² pool with a beach area, and an 1100m² wave pool with a water slide, paddling pool, and diving pit, open and supervised from April to September. Peace and tranquility guaranteed! The holiday village is pedestrianised and situated on a 210-hectare wooded estate. On-site amenities include numerous shops: bars, restaurants, a mini-market, a hairdresser, markets, a laundromat, and more. Activities also include: playgrounds, a multi-sports court, tennis, pétanque, table tennis, bowling, a circus school, golf, cycling, a wellness centre, an equestrian centre, a pony club, SWINCAR rides, festive evenings, night markets, and more (some activities are subject to a fee). The area is close to the beaches and the mountain ranges of the Esterel Massif. Come and discover the D-Day landing beach facing Île d'Or, Pourrousset beach, Poussai beach, and the various coves, Cap du Dramont, and all those along the Corniche road. Enjoy the Esterel mountains on foot or by bike. Find water sports at the Agay nautical centre: boat trips, canoeing, kayaking, parasailing, zip lines, and more. Visit must-see towns such as Saint-Raphaël, the historic centre of Fréjus, Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, and others. Regarding the smooth running of your stay: Apartment rental is from Saturday at 4 pm to the following Saturday at 10 am. Depending on the season, self check-in is via a key box with instructions. Bed linen and towels are provided. Pool and parking passes are available (€50 per lost pass will be charged). The apartment is non-smoking; please use the terrace where an ashtray is provided. No pets allowed. Rates and regulations: From July 1st to August 31st: € per week. School holidays (All Saints', Christmas, Winter, Spring): € per week. From May 1st to September 30th: €910 per week (excluding school holidays). Other periods: €490 per week. End-of-stay cleaning is at your expense or ours (€100 fee applies). A security deposit of €500 will be required by check or bank transfer 15 days before your arrival and will be returned upon departure. Full payment is due at the time of booking.
