The apartment offers an excellent central location. The beach is just 30 meters from the villa's front door. The apartment is on the ground floor facing the promenade and the beach. So you can leave them in your swimwear and go straight to the wide, white sandy beach in front of the villa. The pier and pedestrian zone - as the center of Binz - can be reached via the beach promenade in about 5 minutes. In the afternoon you can enjoy the sun on the large balcony. The living room and kitchen have just been completely refurbished. The bathroom impresses with its high-quality marble fittings and generous mirror surfaces. The bed in the bedroom offers a bed area of 2 by 2 meters. The apartment also has a large walk-in closet. The underground car park can be reached by elevator. Two new bicycles are available free of charge.
