Very beautiful penthouse apartment in loft style, just a few steps from the miles long, beautiful sandy beach and the promenade in Binz.
The apartment in the 4th Floor has a separate entrance and is easily accessible from the underground parking space next to the lift.
On the roof terrace with lounge furniture you can enjoy the morning sun, in the entrance to a small sitting area the evening sun.
The daylight bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower and offers plenty of storage and storage space with 2 cupboards.
In the combined living / dining area there is an infrared cabin, a woodburning stove, a large dining table to the open fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4 people, a corner sofa set with sleeping facilities and a large flat screen TV, radio / CD / DVD plaver etc. as well free wifi.
The chic bedroom also has access to the roof terrace and is equipped with a large box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a large wardrobe and a flat screen TV.
The loft apartment with over 3-meter high ceilings has floor-to-ceiling windows that can be darkened for a restful sleep.

Eine sehr tolle Wohnung, die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Es ist sehr ruhig dort. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist auch großartig. Durch die eigene Sauna in der Wohnung ist Binz auch im Winter einen Besuch wert. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Wohnung einschl. Küche ist super eingerichtet. Die Infrarotkabine ist ein Traum, vor allem wenn das Wetter nicht so mitspielt. Sehr strandnah.Die Tiefgarage ist prima, allerdings sind die Plätze etwas knapp bemessen bzw. es ist rangieren notwendig zum ein- und ausparken.

Sehr gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, die auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet ist und fast keine Wünsche offen lässt!(Filterkaffeemaschine, Kaffeevollautomat, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, WLAN (nicht getestet), 2 große Fernseher, Stereoanlage, sehr großer Kleiderschrank und Staumöglichkeiten im Bad)Die Waschmaschine und der Wäschetrockner (Gestell, keine Maschine) sind für kleinere Personen etwas schwerer zugänglich, was dem Einbau in einer Nische geschuldet ist. Man muss über die Maschine greifen um Strom und Wasser anzustellen und den Trockner hervorzuholen. Letzteres erfordert etwas Geschick.Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, wobei tagsüber, gegenüber der Dachterrasse, ein Abluftgebläse des gegenüber liegenden Gebäudes permanent läuft. Da der Lüfter abends aber abgeschaltet war, und man dort gut sitzen und den Tag ausklingen lassen konnte, hat mich dies nicht gestört. Selbst bei Regen war die Nutzung möglich, da die Dachterrasse teilüberdacht ist.Zur Promenade und Strand sind es ca. 300m Fußweg.Zum Fahrstuhl in die Tiefgarage 5m und zum Parkplatz weitere 5m. Der zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz liegt direkt an der Wand in einer Ecke was ein wenig Rangierarbeit erfordert.Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und ich würde die Wohnung erneut buchen.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Binz. Ich bin begeistert über die vielen Freizeit- und Kulturangebote im Ort und auf der Insel!Die Fotos der Unterkunft sind schon sehr gut aufgenommen, ich hätte sie etwas größer erwartet. Gleichzeitig entsprechen alle Fotos der Wohnung. Und: zum guten Aufenthalt gehört auch die Wohnung, wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubswoche.

Sehr schönes und ansprechendes Penthouse-Loft in einer modernen Anlage. Gute Parkmöglichkeit und guter Zugang durch den Lift. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Bad, Wohn- und Schlafzimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen! Besser kann man im Urlaub nicht aufgehoben sein!! Alles sehr gut! Danke..

Winteraufenthalt auf Rügen

Wir waren zum zweiten mal im Winter auf Rügen. Wieder haben wir in einer schönen Ferienwohnung gewohnt. Die Infrarotkabine haben wir nicht genutzt. auch der Schwedenofen blieb kalt, da die Wohnung ausreichend beheizt war.Die Dusche könnte von Wasserflecken befreit werden, einige Deko-Stücke mehr würden die Gemütlichkeit fördern.

Alles imn Allen war alles perfekt,bis auf die Sauna im Wandschrank. Die ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und die zweite Terasse vor der Haustüre.

Würden wir bei einem weiteren Rügen-Besuch wieder buchen

Die Wohnung liegt im 3. und damit obersten Stock eines Appartementhauses. Man holt sich den Schlüssel in einem nahegelegenen Hausmeisterbüro, fährt dann in die Tiefgarage des Hauses, geht mit dem Gepäck 6 Meter zum Aufzug, fährt blitzartig in den 3. Stock und hat dann noch 4 Meter zur Eingangstür des Appartements. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer sind ausgesprochen sauber. Als sehr angenehm empfanden wir die große, bodenbündige Dusche und die beiden großen Flachbildfernseher (Wohnraum und Schlafzimmer). Der Strand ist fußläufig "um die Ecke" in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (EDEKA, Apotheke, Fischgeschäft) und auch Restaurants und Cafes befinden sich in der Nähe.

Feriendomizil mit Charme und Esprit

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir waren sehr zufrieden. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, sie war sauber und ordentlich. Wir konnten den großen Balkon zwar aufgrund der Temperaturen und des Wetters nicht nutzen, möchten aber eine kleine Empfehlung geben - ein Tisch und höhere Balkonstühle - vor allem für ältere Gäste - wäre angebracht. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung jederzeit weiterzuempfehlen. Vielen Dank Familie B. aus Gründau

Modern und gemütlich.

Die Wohnung im 3. OG einer neuen Wohnanlage ist praktisch und ansprechend eingerichtet. Mit Fußbodenheizung und Kamin haben wir eine heimelige Atmosphäre während der Feiertage genossen. Von der Wohnung bis zur Promenade ist man keine 3 Minuten unterwegs.
