Welcome to "Villa Coco". 🌴 We are delighted to welcome you to this brand new villa located just 400m from Godelins beach in Étables-sur-Mer, the GR 34 hiking trail, and shops. Enjoy the sea air for a holiday with family or friends by the sea. Just a stone's throw from Bréhat Island, Beauport Abbey, and the cliffs of Plouha, escape for a while. The house comfortably accommodates 6 people. Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited. Inside the house you will find: • A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with microwave, induction hob, kettle, espresso machine, toaster, and all the necessary equipment to prepare delicious meals. • A bright living/dining room with a flat-screen TV, leading to two terraces. A laundry room is at your disposal with a washing machine, dryer, iron, etc. The sleeping area comprises: • A separate WC with hand basin. PGJyPg PGJyPg • A master suite with a double bed, a dressing room, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. PGJyPg PGJyPg • A bedroom with two single beds, a dressing room, and a bathroom shared with the third bedroom.
