Beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath half-duplex with ample parking, outdoor shower, BRAND NEW grill, and quaint upper and lower level decks (new deck boards replaced 2024!), perfect for that morning cup of coffee or to watch the evening sunsets. Just a quick 4 minute walk to the beach access. Open floor-plan upstairs with fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Sliding glass doors off of the living room and bedroom 1 onto the decks. Dining table seats 8-10. Reading nook with wooden rocking chair. Two TVs equipped with Roku for streaming. Books and games for family fun! Electric fireplace to cozy up on a cooler evening. Top deck has pub table with 4 large swivel chairs and two additional chairs for relaxation. Coffee pot and Keurig available for guest use.

This house is awesome! It is in a great location with easy beach access. The kitchen was well equipped and they even offered their beach chairs to use! I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect Beach Stay!

The house was the perfect location for our family beach trip! Walkable to the beach and a short drive to shops and groceries! House was great and had everything we needed!

Quiet location within easy travel distance of all the local amenities (shops, grocery, restaurants, etc.). Short walk to the beach access ramp. Plenty of space to accommodate several adults and kids in the twin bunk bed back bedroom. And with 2-½ baths, there is no, or at least very little, waiting!

We were throughly impressed with this property and will definitely be back again! The location was great it was a second row 4 minute walk to the beach access. It was in a quiet little circle street. I was so glad the owners had beach wagons to help transport our stuff down to the beach it was very helpful! The house was perfectly clean and had everything we needed! I would recommend this property to all my family and friends! We will be back!!

Family Beach Vacay - 1st Time Emerald Isle

We had a blast our first time visiting Emerald Isle! Home location was PERFECT. Only wish we had was the grill to be on the upper deck off of the living space. But we got our steps in when grilling, which we did each night! We decided next year to stay another night so we could get 3 full days. Thanks so much to our hosts and they were fantastic.

This property is exactly as the listing described. Amazing close to the water. With the doors open you can hear the waves. Everything was clean and organized. Neighbor was nice and everyone that we ran into while walking was extremely friendly!

Great place just minutes from beach

Nicely renovated property just a few minutes from the beach. Very clean upon our arrival. The hosts were great communicators and very responsive. We also appreciated the well stocked beach supply shed and the outdoor shower with hot water. Our family of 4 would definitely come back!

The rental was in a great location it was very close to the beach less than 3 minutes. The pictures online were reflective of the current state of rental. The barbecue could use some updating but other than that it was very nice for a family to rent.

Beautiful home

We totally enjoyed our stay . Mother Nature did not cooperate for the beach fun during our stay but we enjoyed hanging out inside and having family time. Many things to do in the area if you don’t hang out at the beach.

The place is located so close to the beach making it so convenient when you have little ones. The home was spacious and with lots fun games for the kids. We all had a great time. Can’t way to return !

Perfect beach trip!

Coming back home after years, bringing new friends to meet family and old friends. This was perfect. Great place to gather, close walk to the beach, plenty of room to park and lots of beach equipment available to use. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Our stay started a lil rough! Cleaning lady didn’t come before we checked in! But owners got her there quickly and she was in and out. She reimbursed our cleaning fee.She acted quickly!The overall stay was great!!We had everything we needed plus extra goodies in the shed. We had bikes to ride and wagons to carry our things to and from the beach! That was so very handy!!We would definitely stay here again!

Great place

We enjoyed this vacation rental. Not far from the beach, not crowded. The rental had pretty much everything you needed in the kitchen to cook. The only thing is recommend is having a TV in the bedrooms. Other than this we were pretty much satisfy with the rental!

Great Vacay!

We loved the place. It was extremely clean! Plenty of parking, zero street traffic. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The shed, outdoor shower, tv, and speaker wrre great. Loved hearing the ocean from the deck. There wasnt anyone in the adjoining unit, so it was very quiet. We plan to come back!
