Clean, beautiful house in a nice neighborhood. After a long day of driving, walking into this cool house was glorious. We got Ethiopian food delivered and ate in the dining room, then drove to the falls and walked around. The fenced yard was great for my dog. The putting green was fun.

I've been retired from the USAF since 2022. Now, I love hosting people when they stop by Sioux Falls and leave feeling happy and refreshed!

I am a huge foodie and golfer, if you need any recommendations just ask! I love spending time with friends and family.

I am apart of a local non-profit for Veterans called: One Leg B4 the Other - we put pants on homeless and disabled veterans. Our mission is to support veterans facing weight changes or hardship, helping restore comfort, dignity, and confidence as they transition to civilian life.

Why they chose this property

I love this property because the location is perfect and it is newly renovated. The best dining and entertainment that Sioux Falls has to offer is only minutes away. The Lounge is close to: the Sanford hospital, downtown, Great Plains Zoo, Great Shots, collegiate sports (Augie and USF) and the event centers such as the Denny Sanford Premier Center, Midco Arena, Convention center, Fairgrounds and the VA.

I love the 86" TV for games on Sundays, the fenced in back yard for the 4 legged family members, and the hot tub to relax.
