There is something so refreshing about walking into a home and realizing everyone in your group finally has their own space. With 2,000 square feet of living area, The Bee’s Knees Lounge is designed for those who want to stay together without feeling like they’re on top of each other.

The "Split-Level" Magic: Two Massive Living Areas: The best part of this home is the layout. Because it’s a split-level, you get two distinct, oversized living rooms that allow your group to find their own rhythm.
• The Upper Level: This is the "bright and social" floor. It’s wide-open and filled with natural light - ideal for slow mornings with a cup of coffee or a big family dinner. If the weather is nice, the renovated deck is right off the kitchen for sunset hangs. Two private bedrooms are upstairs.
• The Lower Level: This is the "fun and games" floor. It’s a huge second living space with a Smart TV, board games, and even an indoor putting green. It’s the perfect place for the kids (or the night owls) to retreat so the upstairs stays peaceful.

Homey Comforts
• 3 Quiet Bedrooms: We’ve set up each of the three bedrooms to be a true retreat. Every room features a comfortable queen-sized bed and double mirrored closets, so you can actually unpack, stay organized, and feel at home.
• A Real Kitchen: Our kitchen is fully stocked and ready for actual cooking—not just reheating. We’ll have the coffee and tea waiting for you when you arrive.
• Thoughtful Extras: Traveling with a little one? We have baby gear at the house so you can save some trunk space.

The Practical Side
• Parking & Winter: You’ll have a long driveway and a 3-stall garage. While the garage is manual (no remote), it’s a massive perk in South Dakota to keep the frost and snow off your car in the morning.
• The Neighborhood: We are tucked into a quiet, friendly part of Sioux Falls. You’ll get the peace of a residential street while staying just minutes away from everything the city has to offer.
