About this property
Modern, Stylish and Spacious Guest House in the Heart of Denver
This 3 bedrooms plus a loft is modern, clean, well decorated and maintained available for you and yours for either a weekend getaway or also available for extended stay. My home is located in Central Park Denver area near the University Hospital, Children's Hospital and VA hospital. It's 20 minutes from Denver International airport and 15 minutes from downtown. It has an open modern floor plan with on the first floor and all the bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs with a master suite. The Master has a king size bed and TV with cable. The second guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Third bedroom comes with two full size comfortable beds. The loft has a queen size sleeper sofa and in the first floor, we have an additional queen size sleeper sofa in case you need it. The beautiful property comes with a gated private yard and attached two car garage.

This is a scam from top to bottom.
Scam scam scam buyer beware
The "host" canceled at 2am on the day to move in. Guy tried to get us off platform to steal our money aftrr holding onto deposit for 3 weeks. VRBO does nothing g to verify these are actual properties. I can't imagine how many people have defrauded by fake hosts and VRBO.

Family friendly stay
This was a quiet location with quick access to shopping and parks. Plenty of free street parking plus a single car garage. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of linens and towels. If you want to cook, the kitchen could use some minor fixes. A burner on the stove won't turn on and the pans need to be replaced.
