The 1790 *Grand Standing*

The 1790 is a peaceful, upscale 90 m² haven, tastefully decorated and fully equipped for a relaxing stay with family or friends. Its 50 m² living room, facing south, offers a spectacular view of the Cambre d'Aze. Two master suites and a dormitory with an en-suite bathroom comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Nestled in the Egat state forest, it is a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the center of Font-Romeu. Cleaning is included in the price. Location allows us to guarantee you an optimal experience. While this is understood, we ask our guests to leave the accommodation as clean as possible, empty the dishwasher, and dispose of their rubbish and glass in the containers provided in the residence. Living room with a view: a warm, cozy, and comfortable space offering a breathtaking and spectacular view of the Cambre d'Aze. Equipped with a large smart TV, a retro gaming console, a dartboard, and several board games. - Kitchen with a view: fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, raclette grill, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, etc.). - Dining room with a view: table and chairs for 8 people. - 2 master suites: double bed (140x190 cm) with high-quality hotel bedding (memory foam mattress and topper), shower, sink, ample storage, and smart TV. - Dormitory with 4 beds: consisting of 2 bunk beds 90x190 with memory foam mattress, storage, and smart TV. *** Duvets and pillows are provided. *** - Separate bathroom adjoining the dormitory. - 2 separate toilets. - Laundry room: washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, and garment steamer.
