About this property

Magnificent farmhouse with private Nordic bath

Welcome to our beautiful farmhouse (160 m2) from 1880 completely renovated halfway between lake and mountain.

Relax by the fire in our warm living room with a wood stove and in the relaxation area with private Norwegian bath.

Whether you are a winter sports enthusiast looking for a mountain getaway or a nature lover looking for tranquility near the lake, our village house offers the perfect place to create unforgettable memories!

The accommodation:
The village house is located in a quiet area and is adjoining the owners' house. You can enjoy a pleasant garden with a view of the mountains to the EAST and a relaxation area with a private Norwegian bath with wood fires to the WEST.

Spacious house with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay: wood stove, table football, private parking, equipped kitchen, private garden.

- Kitchen / Living room:
The cosy living room is composed of a dining area, a lounge area with a magnificent wood stove, a bed area with a sofa bed and a kitchen. Our large, fully equipped kitchen is ready to accommodate your culinary talents, and the view of the majestic surrounding mountains provides a spectacular backdrop to your stay.

- Bedrooms:
Ideal for 8 people, the house can accommodate up to 10 adults. The house has 3 bathrooms and:
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed + an extra bed
We are in the process of renovating the house and adding 2 additional bedrooms that will be ready to welcome you from July.

The surroundings:
In summer, the lake and the first beaches are 7min drive from the house. In winter, the ski resort of La Feclaz is a 30min drive, that of Sire 40min and that of 7 Laux is 1h. The Bauges massif, located 7 minutes by car from the house, is an ideal playground for breathtaking hikes.

Traveller access:
By car, the accommodation is 15 minutes from Chambéry and Aix les bains train stations and 1 hour from Lyon Saint Exupéry airport and 50 minutes from Geneva airport. House ideally located 5 minutes from the motorway exit.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Morgane et Ugo, leur maison est parfaite pour des retrouvailles en famille ! Tout était impeccable : salles de bains neuves, chambres confortables avec beaucoup de rangement, babyfoot pour occuper les enfants, bain nordique pour les envies de baignade, cuisine équipée pour toutes vos envies culinaires, grande table pour des repas animés, extérieur agréable pour l'apéro... bref, c'était le paradis pour notre groupe ! Accès au lac du Bourget très proche, et pas mal d'activités dans le coin pour ne jamais s'ennuyer. Encore un grand merci à Ugo et Morgane, je recommande vivement ces hôtes pour leur grande gentillesse, leur excellente communication, et ce logement si agréable !

Bonne communication avec le propriétaire du logement qui s’est montré réactif et clair dans ses explications. Séjour agréable en dépit d’un temps mitigé. Possibilité de randonnées et d’excursions variées dans les environs. Bon emplacement. À renouveler !
