You'll feel as if you've found a gem in this beautiful corner unit here in this community! This ground floor condo has a beautifully updated kitchen with tile & hard wood floors throughout the unit. You will have a seamless view from the kitchen out to the pond. There is a perfect breakfast area with two bar stools. The dining table has seating for up to six people and a comfortable sectional sofa awaits you in the living room with a 55" Smart TV that is perfect when you just want to relax and stream your favorite TV show or movie! The master has a king bed and has an en suite bathroom and offers a separate dressing area & has a 50" Smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed & an en suite bathroom as well as a 50" Smart TV. There is also a larger covered patio area off the main living room for dining outside. You'll want to sit back and have a cup of coffee in the morning or that favorite beverage in the evening on the patio and just enjoy the peace and tranquility that this community has to offer.
OPTION: If you are needing a 3 bedroom, this unit can also be rented as a 3 bedroom unit. There is a connecting studio. Please inquire with management.
