The location of Augusta Villa 527 is wonderful and the golf carts do make getting around quite a bit easier. We hope to see you again soon!

We’re glad to hear you had a decent vacation with us and appreciate your understanding regarding the second golf cart. If there’s anything else we can do to enhance your experience, please let us know!

Len, thank you for the review and feedback. We have passed this information to a member of our team to address the issues you detailed. We hope your group had a wonderful vacation and thank you for choosing to stay at one of our properties.

Oh no! Lisa, we can only imagine what a spectacle it was to see your husband trying to capture the lizard! We are glad you had a good sense of humor about that, but we are very sorry for the other bugs. They proliferate at this time of year due to the weather and can be difficult to keep at bay. We got pest control on top of the situation. We hope that in spite of the wildlife, you had a wonderful time enjoying the beach and the fun, local to-dos. Do visit us again!

Thanks for the great review and feedback! We hope you enjoyed your time at the beach and look forward to hosting you again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re so happy to hear that you loved being able to bring your pet and enjoyed using the golf cart around Sandestin. We sincerely apologize for the dampness and musty smell you experienced. Please know that we have addressed this issue to ensure a more comfortable environment for future guests. Additionally, we appreciate your input regarding the flooring in the kitchen, and we will look into options for replacement. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again for an even better experience!

We're delighted you appreciated the cleanliness of our home and the convenience of the golf cart! We do provide a starter kit for household items, including soap and shampoo, to ensure a comfortable beginning to your stay. Once these are depleted, we do advise guests to purchase their preferred items for the duration of their visit. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better experience in the future

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the damaged golf cart. When essential repairs are needed, we prioritize scheduling a third-party vendor for maintenance. However, during busier seasons, their schedule can sometimes pose challenges. We hope that despite the issue, you were able to enjoy the beach and the wonderful weather!

Thanks so much for the great review and feedback! We are delighted you enjoyed your vacation and thank you for choosing our company as your vacation rental partner. We look forward to hosting you again soon.

Cheri, thank you for staying with us and for saying the home is nice. We apologize for the issues you found with the home and have let the property manager know. We do know the AC filter has been changed, and the other matters are being explored. We know the bed was probably uncomfortable as you note, but we hope the other items didn't impede you having a wonderful beach vacation! We certainly hope you plan a return trip to the Emerald Coast with us; it would be lovely to have you stay again

Good day DeAndra, we actually did refund you on April 15th to your card on file. I apologize for the confusion. Grills are cleaned upon request and we did come the next day.

We are glad you reached out to us right away and sent photos of the issues like the missing cabinet doors and the grill.
