You live on the top floor of a three-story building right on the water. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults and 1 child. From the balcony you can enjoy the evening sun and have a view of the sea and the jetty. The accommodation is completely new and offers you all the amenities for a carefree holiday. The swimming pool and sauna are located directly in the building and can therefore be reached without leaving the building. The property has its own parking space. If you want to get a sailing license there is a sailing school in the holiday park.

Parkplatz okay für kleines Auto.......Sauberkeit, leider waren die Matratzen sehr durchgelegen und richtig fleckig......zwischen Wand und Bett lagen beziehungsweise liegen noch benutzte Papiertaschentücher und es war extrem staubig........Schwimmbad leider nicht in Betrieb und das Münzsolarium hat zwar die Münzen geschluckt,aber funktionierte nicht, dies sollte man bei der Beschreibung im Internet berücksichtigen.....ansonsten war die Lage der Wohnung super und der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm!Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Aussicht war schön.Zimmer sauber, und gut eingerichtet.Das Bett ist für Ältere Personen nicht geeignet, da nur von 2 Seiten zugänglich. Parkplatz zu eng, von beiden Seiten Pfeiler. Leider hat es bei uns Schrammen gegeben. Die Autos sind heute etwas breiter, als damals, als die Ferienanlage entstand.

Sehr ruhige Lage des Objekts, keinerlei Strassenlärm oder im Gebäude. Sehr gute Ausstattung, für Radtouren sehr zu empfehlen. Top sehr gut.

Tolle Unterkunft, zentral gelegen für Ausflüge

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick und ruhig gelegen. In der Wohnung ist alles drin, was man benötigt. Die Übergabe des Schlüssel war Problemlos und sehr nett. Was war nicht so toll: Parkplatz ist sehr eng für größere Fahrzeuge, eher für Cityflitzer geeignet. Das Bett war sehr weich und die Kissen etwas muffig nach der Saison. Wurden aber nach einem Anruf sofort am nächsten Tag getauscht. Service passt.

Enttäuschend

Kleine Wohnung mit extrem ungemütlichem Bett. Das als Schlafsofa deklarierte Sofa war nicht ausklappbar. Eine Frechheit, dass die Wohnung überhaupt für 3 Personen angeboten wurde. Wellnessbereich total verschmutzt und das Schwimmbad komplett geschlossen. Alleine der Fur war total uneinladend und stickig. Nie mehr!!!

schöne ruhige wohnung

unser auffenhalt war gut. eine kleinen hinweis hätte ich jedoch es wäre gut wenn in der wohnung eine mappe mit infos über restaurant, einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ausflugsziele, busverbindungen, ärzte und apotheken wäre ich weis so etwas wird gern mitgenommen, aber wenn es foliert ist geht das schlecht sonst alles schön

Verspricht zu viel

Hallo zusammen, Ich muss tatsächlich sagen, dass die Wohnung sehr schön und sauber, ist. Es sind Geschirr und andere sachen vorhanden, aber vor Benutzung muss es gewaschenen werden, da manche sachen extrem dreckig waren. In der anzeige stand was von Sauna Landschaft, dabei handelt es sich um eine dreckige Kabine, die 20 minuten vorher eingeschaltet weden muss, falls diese überhaupt geöffnet wurde. Bei mir war die tür immer verschlossen. Es gubt auch kein Ruheraum es gubt eimfach nichts. Für die lüge in der anzeige am besten - 5 Sterne. Ebenso Schwimmbad, es gibt kein. Auf Anfrage wurde mir gesagt, dass er repariert wird, aber die Mitbewohner im Haus sagten, dass das Ding wahrscheinlich nie wieder in Betrieb genommen wird, es waren auch keine Handwerker da. Im Ganzen hatten wir glück und schönes wetter, daher konnten wir zu der Badeinsel, wenn das Wetter nicht gut ist, müsst ihr einige Orte weiter fahren um schwimmen zu können. Lg Slawa

Urlaub im Ferienpark

Die Anlage ist äußerlich sehr in die jahre gekommen,das Rolltor und die Tiefgarage waren sehr dreckig, Spinnenweben usw....wir waren im dritten Stock untergebracht,auf dem flur ein sehr eckliger Geruch!!!Die Wohnung und das Inventar waren sehr gut...der Balkon wieder etwas dreckig(Spinnennetze überall)...Ansonsten ein sehr schöner Urlaubsort....wir kommen mit Sicherheit nich mal wieder!!!

Super Lage der Ferienwohnung! Leider kann man die Fenster nicht richtig verdunkeln und somit heizt die Sonne die Wohnung stark auf. Auch zum Schlafen ist ist es zu hell.

Kurzurlaub in Steinhude

Ich fange mal mit dem positiven an. Die Ferienwohnung war ordentlich und sauber. Sie ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Das Gebäude ist schon sehr betagt und renovierungsbedürftig. Besonders ärgerlich ist das die Sauna und das Schwimmbad nicht zu benutzen war. Das war unser eigentlicher Grund uns für die Wohnung zu entscheiden. Eine Information im Vorfeld zu diesem Zustand wäre schön gewesen. Die Ausrede Corona lasse ich an dieser Stelle nicht gelten. Ansonsten ist Steinhude ein schönes Fleckchen. Die Badinsel ist wunderschön und es gibt wirklich tolle Kneipen.
