In the geo season (08/2017) the beach Rondinara (5 km away) was voted one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe.

Beautiful, tastefully furnished holiday home with a huge (40sqm) terrace with a view of the maquis and the Corsican hills.
The newly built holiday home is located in the middle of a complex consisting of 5 units.
The large fenced pool is lined with oleanders. There are four sun loungers reserved for you in our house.

Generous open areas, tasteful furnishings and modern equipment guarantee you great comfort during your stay.

In the immediate vicinity there are three of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Corsica: Santa Giulia (8km), Rondinara (5km) and Palombaggia (16 km). Perfect especially for swimming with children.
Long bays with fine sand complete a fantastic holiday.
Water sports and restaurants on the beach can be enjoyed to the fullest.
The center of Porto-Vecchio is 10 minutes away by car, as is the center of Bonifacio with its breathtaking cliffs.
The 100sqm holiday home is a new building with a view of the Santa Giulia hills. Here you can live comfortably. Space and comfort go without saying.
A new modern Weber gas grill makes the evening meal on the terrace with a view of the sunset unforgettable.

The exceptionally convenient location between the beautiful cities of Porto-Vecchio and Bonifacio (both within a few minutes' drive) and at the same time the proximity to the three wonderful beaches guarantee a perfect holiday.

Total Care resort

The house is perfectly equipped and allows to commence enjoying the stay immediately upon arrival. The fantastic view from the unique terrace supports perfect starts into the days and memorable moments in the afternoons and evenings. The location between Bonifacio and Porto Vecchio is excellent!

The property is just lovely. The photos don't do the place justice to be honest...it's much bigger than it looks!The property is well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The pool is great and most of the time we had it to ourselves! Communication with Jens throughout was brilliant. He was very quick to respond and was able to answer all our queries. The location is fantastic with lots of beaches within a short drive (Rondinara was one of our favourites) and Porto Vecchio and Bonifacio are only 20 mins drive away.If you're considering this property, just book it....you won't be disappointed

Wunderbare Erholung im Süden Korsikas

Wir hatten eine tolle Ferienwoche im Steinchalet. Für uns hat alles gepasst und war wie beschrieben. Die Kinder fanden den großen Pool ca. 15x4m sehr gut. Man sollte nur wissen, dass man von der Terasse auch die Bundesstraße hört - hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Toller Urlaub!

Sehr geschmackvoll ausgestatteten Ferienhaus mit schöner großer Terrasse in guter Lage um den Süden der Insel mit seinen tollen Stränden zu besuchen. Check-in und Check-out verlief absolut problemlos und sehr zuvorkommend, der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super. Der Weg zum Pool ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber wer braucht schon einen Pool bei dem Meer....

Un petit coin de paradis

Well maintained house very confortable easy to get to those beautiful beaches advertised 3 kings beds but only one king in the master bedroom the upstairs bedrooms had Queen bed lighting to go to the pool trail was not working quite hard for walking in the dark and the pool lights did not work either even after calling twice and telling us it will be fixed But after all a GREAT home to rent Thank you

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) waren für 2 Wochen in dem Steincharlet zu Gast. Das Haus liegt zwischen Bonifacio und Porto Veccio, mit dem Auto sind Strände, sehenswerte Städte und Wanderrouten wunderbar zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr hübsch und modern eingerichtet und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt (inklusive nützlicher Einkaufs- und Ausflugstipps). Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilft weiter, wo sie nur kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Keurige, gezellige, zeer verzorgde en schone woning.

De woning is uitstekend ingericht, prettige indeling, voorzien van alle gemakken en zeer schoon. Goede airco, wasmachine/droger, goed uitgeruste keuken en goede bedden zorgen voor een uitstekend comfort en een hele fijne vakantie. Ligging is goed, veel stranden op korte rijafstand bereikbaar en mooie wandelgebieden in bergen op circa 1 uur afstand bereikbaar. Supermarkt en bakker bereikbaar op 20 autominuten. Eigenaar zeer vriendelijk, gastvrij en goed benaderbaar. De doorgaande weg onder in het dal geeft absoluut geen overlast. Zwembad is prima!

Traumhaus, Traumlage - Wunderbar - Entspannung pur

Das Ferienhaus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die grosse Terasse hat einen herrrlichen Blick Richtung Süden. Viele Traumstrände sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Swimmingpool ist ein weiteres Highlight dieser Wohnung. Die Vermieter haben eine umfangreiche Mappe mit vielen interessanten und nützlichen Ausflugstipps zur Verfügung gestellt, von denen wir reichlich Gebrauch gemacht haben.. Unser erster Korsika-Urlaub wird nicht der Letzte bleiben, weil die Insel so viel zu bieten hat, was wir in einer Urlaubswoche nur erahnen konnten. Danke an das Vermieterehepaar.

Schönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Kein Wunsch bleibt offen! In diesem Ferienhaus kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich wie daheim. Alles sehr geschmackvoll. Das Masterbett war für uns ein Traum. Der Pool war wunderbar erfrischend! Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr günstig für Ausflüge im Süden Korsikas, leider kriegt man von der weiter unten im Tal gelegenen Straße zu den Stoßzeiten auch etwas mit. Die Vermieter haben sich sehr nett persönlich um unsere Belange gekümmert und es gibt einen wunderbaren Ordner mit vielen Geheimtipps. Der Urlaub war rundum perfekt.

Traumurlaub leicht gemacht

Wir warenfür eine Woche hier und wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Das wunderschöne Chalet mit perfekter Ausstattung zum Wohlfühlen, komplett und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Lage zwischen Bonifacio und Porto-Vecchio und in der direkten Nähe zu traumhaften Stränden, das beste Lammfleisch ever auf dem Weber-Gasgrill mit frischen Salaten und köstlichen, korsischen Weinen - und das alles bei immer noch herrlichem Wetter. Hier konnten wir in der kurzen Zeit unseres Aufenthalts alles kombinieren, was Urlaub ausmacht: sportliche Aktivitäten im Inland, herrliche Strandtage zum Energie tanken, einfach mal am/im/auf Haus/Pool/Terrasse abhängen, lesen und die Seele baumeln lassen, entspannt Shoppen und danach lecker Essen gehen besonders in Porto-Vecchio oder auch mal mit dem Auto den unverwechselbaren Duft Korsikas einatmen und auf längeren Ausflügen mit dem Auto die Insel entdecken. Ein Dank an die außerordentlich aufmerksamen und freundlichen Vermieter besonders für die Kladde im Haus mit so vielen tollen Tipps, dass jede eigene Vorbereitung quasi überflüssig ist. Jeder von uns in die Tat umgesetzte Tipp war ein Volltreffer (die Flusswanderung ist ein Muss für jeden, der zumindest etwas klettern kann...). Nicht zu vergessen: wir haben alles sehr sauber, gepflegt und in einwandfreiem Zustand angetroffen. Vielen Dank für eine traumhafte Woche - absolut empfehlenswert!

Bestens ausgestattet beim Strand- und Wanderurlaub

Wir haben unsere Woche im Steinchalet sehr genossen. Hier hat jemand mit Liebe für Korsika einen Platz zum Wohlfühlen nach Tagen voller Aktivität gestaltet. Die Wohnen ist wirklich in Küche und drumherum weit überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet und man merkt, dass die Eigentümer hier selber gerne sind. Ein liebevoll gestalteter Ordner sorgt nicht nur dafür dass man sich gleich zurechtfindet, sondern gibt viele hilfreiche Tips für Ausflugszele, Aktivitäten, Einkauf und was sonst noch wichtig werden könnte. Das Haus liegt nicht weit von einem wunderschönen Strand (Rondinara) auf halbem Weg zwischen Porto Vecchio und Bonifacio. Darüberhinaus haben wir die Gelegenheit zu wunderschönen Küsten-, Gebirgs- und Flusswanderungen („Canyoning“) genutzt oder uns auf der Terasse und im Pool gut gehen lassen. Auf dem Gelände hört man die Strasse und somit ist es vielleicht nichts für besonders Lärmempfindliche, aber uns hat es nicht gestört.

Tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht...und fantastischer Vermieter...

Das Haus hat wirklich alles, was man sich vorstellen kann und ist liebevoll ausgestattet. Dazu kommt ein fantastischer Vermieter, der uns bereits im Vorfeld viele tolle Tipps gegeben und in jeder Hinsicht unterstützt hat. Auch der Pool ist grandios und wir hatten ihn oft ganz für uns. Möglicherweise sollten die Liegen eindeutiger gekennzeichnet werden, weil den anderen Mietern nicht bewusst war, dass diese zum Steinchalet gehören. Gestört haben wir uns etwas daran, dass man die Straße, die von Porto Vecchio nach Bonifacio führt, doch unserer Meinung nach ziemlich hört und an den beiden Hunden der Eigentümerin, die im Haus nebenan wohnt. Die Hunde liefen frei und die Hundehinterlassenschaften waren überall anzufinden... Aber dafür kann der Vermieter des Steinchalets nun wirklich nichts...

Frohe Ostern !

Wir (Ehepaar 74/76) waren Ostern 2017 in dem wunderbaren Chalet und sehr gespannt darauf, was uns außerhalb der Sommersaison erwartet! Nach einem angenehmen Flug nach Figari (20 km vom Haus entfernt) nahmen wir am Flughafen gleich unseren Mietwagen in Empfang und waren dank der präzisen Wegbeschreibung des Vermieters in kurzer Zeit am Haus. Zunächst hat uns die einladende Fassade beeindruckt mit den wunderschönen Klinkern und der Haustür. Im Innern haben wir über jeden Raum erstmal gestaunt, wie modern und mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail jeder Raum ausgestattet ist. Alles hell, modern, farblich abgestimmte Küche, Wohnraum, Kinderzimmer bis zum Bad. Die Terrasse ist ein zusätzlicher Raum zum Frühstücken, zum Relaxen, zum Grillen und vieles mehr. Da wir keine "Wasserratten" sind, haben wir den äußerst gepflegten Pool nur angesehen, er ist eingezäunt, so dass kein Kleinkind unbeabsichtigt dort hinein gelangt. Dank eines liebevoll gestalteten Ordners mit Tipps, der im Haus zur Verfügung steht, haben wir zunächst die Traumstrände in der Nähe erkundet. Lange Strandspaziergänge immer mit Blick auf das kristallklare, in allen Blaufarben schimmernde Wasser haben unser Herz erwärmt. Es gibt nette Möglichkeiten zur Einkehr vom Cappuccino bis zum Mehrgangmenue. Dann haben wir die Städte Bonifacio und Porto-Vecchio erkundet. Das Wetter hat bestens mitgespielt. Der Wind war manchmal etwas frisch aber die Sonne schien den ganzen Tag. Das Einkaufen in den Supermärkten war auch ohne Französischkenntnisse kein Problem. Wir fanden ein reichhaltiges Angebot an Lebensmitteln zu nicht überteuerten Preisen vor. Abends haben wir den herrlichen Blick auf die untergehende Sonne genossen bis auch der letzte Sonnenstrahl nicht mehr sichtbar war. Leider hatten wir nur 8 Tage zur Verfügung dort. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen. Es gibt für uns noch so unendlich viel zu entdecken. Besonders reizen uns mal Wanderungen durch die interessanten mit Blumen durchzogenen Naturschutzgebiete. Dem freundlichen und sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieter würde ich nur wünschen, dass das neue Haus noch lange für viele Gäste so makellos bleibt. Wir können für diesen Aufenthalt nur 5 Sterne vergeben!
