Exactly as described. Wonderful walking neighborhood, close to the action of Winter Carnaval with Maelstrom coffee shop and La Cuisine bistro (excellent French Onion soup!) so very close, eclectic, and delicious!

The place is super family-friendly and really convenient for a bigger group.
The apartment was very clean, near bus stops and walking distances to lots of restaurants and shopping. Couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay while visiting Quebec City with our family.
Just a short walk to a variety of restaurants. Approximately a 10- 15 minute walk to Old Town Quebec City. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, and spacious kitchen. Plenty of room for four of us to spread out and enjoy. Enjoyed the complementary bottle of wine and the coffee in the morning. Would certainly come back!!
The VRBO description is accurate. It’s a lovely location within walking distance to restaurants & nearby Old Quebec. The check in & out process was easy. Also, the property manager provided quick turnaround time to any questions I had prior to our visit such as location of the nearest grocery store & restaurant recommendations so I wasn’t scrambling for a good meal upon arrival. This was my first time using a VRBO & I must say it was a positive experience. I would definitely do it again.
Positive: 1. Good location, only 15 min walk to Chateau, cafe near buy.2. Very clean and nicely decorated. 3. Free parking was available in front of the building. 4. Received a notice when apartment was ready to occupy before set time. 5. Efficient AC6. Extra gift from the owner was greatly appreciated. Negative (as described in the offer): 1. Only one washroom for 6 people. No separate powder room made mornings preparations much longer. (The little extra room with single bed would be perfect for a second bathroom or et least a powder room.) For this reason, price could be lower. 2. Steep and narrow entry stairs.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed review! We're happy to hear you enjoyed the location, the cleanliness and decor, the convenient parking, and the small touches like the early check-in notice and the gift—we’re glad they made your stay more comfortable.
We also appreciate your constructive comments regarding the single washroom and the entry stairs. While the building’s original layout presents some limitations, your suggestions are definitely noted and helpful as we continue to improve the guest experience.
Thanks again for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to welcome you back in the future!
The photos are exactly what we got. The space is fantastic, large, clean and warm. Amazing location and our host was amazingly attentive and got back to us quickly every time.
My family (including 2 youths) stayed here for a week and had a fabulous time exploring Quebec City. The apartment’s separate rooms worked well for the kids, the bathroom amenities are nice and modern and the kitchen well equipped with everything you need. For us the location was ideal in that you can get a little exercise in with the walk to the Old City, however, not too far at around 20 mins, that it’s a burden. If you don’t want to take the stairs there is a free elevator up that you can find if you walk along St. Vallier. There are also grocery shops, restaurants and bakeries with a few blocks. Dominique was very responsive with questions throughout our stay.
Condo was clean and well stocked. Our host provided advise on parking close by.
The location was a short walk to the downtown area in interesting and dynamic neighborhoods
Would recommend it..
