From 01. 05. 2019 we are building the neighboring property. As a result, noise pollution during the day can not be ruled out.

The comfortably furnished and modern Non smoking rental is the first Floor with a small balcony facing north and is equipped with 1 bedroom and a living-dining area with small kitchenette and cable TV. In addition, a beach chair on the beach is available seasonally.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Alles in allem zu empfehlen.Es war sauber, die Ausstattung war völlig ausreichend, freundlicher Kontakt, die Lage ist super....ruhig und nah zum Strand, Parkplatz direkt am Haus, ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt war der Strandkorb Die Bilder des Inserates waren nicht stimmig zum ist Zustand. Anscheinend wurde noch etwas umgestaltet, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.

Erholsamer Urlaub in einer schönen Ferienwohnung

Einbuchen war wie immer sehr leicht, wir hatten eine gute Betreuung und haben uns wohl gefüllt. Es gab alles was man braucht in der Wohnung, bei unserem nächsten Urlaub in Cuxhaven würden wie diese Wohnung wieder buchen, besten Dank

Moderne Wohnung in guter Lage

Schöne Wohnung, nur 6 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, 8 Minuten zur Ortsmitte und zum Ahoi-Thalasso Schwimmbad. Eigener Strandkorb war jetzt nur wenig nützlich, aber schön dass es die Option gibt. Einziges Manko für mich ist die winzige Küchenzeile. Zum wirklich Kochen nur sehr eingeschränkt geeignet. ringeschränkt

Sehr gemütliche und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage, nur 3 Gehminuten zum Strand. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, unkomplizierte Abwicklung Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub . Absolut empfehlenswert

Schön, aber weniger ist manchmal mehr😉

Insgesamt eine schöne Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen. Einzig die überbordende Deko ist für uns ein kleiner Kritikpunkt. Das ist aber leider ein Phänomen, auf das man ganz häufig in Ferienwohnungen stößt. Nix gegen ein bisschen Lokalkolorit, aber mehr als ein Rettungsring, oder andere vermeintlich typisch marine Gegenstände müssen einfach nicht sein. Man weiß ja schließlich wohin man in den Urlaub gefahren ist😄 Letzlich sind es nur Staubfänger und man hat dadurch weniger Ablagefläche für seine Bedürfnisse. Die Wohnung ist ansonsten mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, allerdings fehlte der Fön, aber an der See gibts den Wind ja umsonst. Strand und Ort mit Bäcker, Supermarkt, etc., sind fussläufig in wenigen Mintuen erreichbar. Die Lage des Hauses in einer ruhigen Straße ist super und ein Garant für ruhigen Schlaf (wenn man harte Matratzen mag). Kleiner Wermutstropfen, Wohnraum und der kleine Balkon sind nach Norden ausgerichtet. Alles in allem, haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt .

Erholsame Zeit

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll, funktionell und mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr bequem- die Matratzen für uns genau richtig, sauber und überhaupt nicht durchgelegen. Der Balkon ist klein- reicht aber für 2 Personen vollkommen aus. Wunderschön war es, in dem Erker zu den Mahlzeiten zu sitzen. Und erst der zur Wohnung gehörende Strandkorb- toll !!! Alles in allem: wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in einer Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen ließ.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Und die Lage ist perfekt. Nur leider gab es für die E Fahrräder nur die unterstellmöglichkeit im Keller ohne Fahrrad Rampe. So das man die 23 kg schweren ebikes schleppen musste.

Zu lauter Kühlschrank! Gehört der noch zur Erstausstattung der Wohnung? Das Gerät muss dringend ausgetauscht werden! Wir haben den Kühlschrank nachts über abgeschaltet, weil an Schlaf ansonsten nicht zu denken war.

Liebevoll einrichtete Fewo in guter Lage

Gerne wieder

Wir waren jetzt zum 2 mal dort von 17.02 -19.02,20 und werden es nächstes Jahr wiederholen . Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles an Ausstattung was man brauchte . Das Auto konnten wir stehen lassen, da alles Fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar war.
