This 40 m² non-smoking holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the Dünenweg Residence, directly behind the dike and very close to the beach, and is accessible by lift.
Both the living area and the balcony offer a beautiful view of the North Sea, the Wadden Sea, and the island of Neuwerk. A small entryway with a built-in closet leads to both the shower room and the living/bedroom, which features high-quality furnishings. A small dining area, along with a sofa and a cosy reading chair right by the window, invite you to relax.
The spacious built-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and includes, among other things, a ceramic cooktop (no oven), a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. In addition, the living/sleeping area offers a fold-out double bed for two people.

The house has a washing machine and dryer available for a fee, and you can store your bicycles in the bike storage room in the courtyard. You can also use the sauna (for a fee) with a relaxation room and shower in the basement. An outdoor parking space behind the house is also available for your car. Pets and smoking are not permitted in this apartment.

This holiday rental features a north-facing balcony from which you can enjoy a view of the island of Neuwerk.

Check-in is available daily from 14:00-16:00 or after 16:00 via the key safe.
Check-out by 10:00 a.m. — return the key to the rental office or via the communal postbox.
