The condo was exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable and the view was perfect. All the extras like soap, detergent, coffee and paper products were appreciated. The kitchen was completely stocked and there were plenty of towels/bedding.

My sister and I spent a week in this lovely place. What a magnificent view. So special to sit in the lanai in the evening enjoying the view and a drinkThe condo is superbly appointed with spacious rooms.The area is very pretty and quiet yet near anything you might want to do. We did some pool time in the mornings and went out in the afternoons The owner, Regina, is so very nice and her communication is excellent. She is willing to please so you have a great time.Would definitely returnThank you Regina for a lovely stay

My wife and I stayed for a week at this amazing property. We enjoyed the amazing views from the condo! We had day trips planned for every day, but spent several days just enjoying the pools and grounds of this amazing property. The property was clean and contained everything needed for an amazing stay. We also appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas for use on our day trips. Thank you for the detailed communication before and during our stay. We look forward to our next stay at this amazing location!

Beautiful Vacation Spot

Very relaxing family vacation condo. I was impressed by the pics of the balcony view and it was my favorite place. The condo has plenty of space and great places to eat in walking distance. We were used the pool and tennis courts at the clubhouse and easy great day trip to the beautiful beaches nearby. Host was also very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Wonderful view

This Condo has one of the most spectacular views from the screened patio I have ever seen just breathtaking. Love the location and proximity to many great restaurants. Condo is very well kept and decorated beautifully. We would highly recommend staying her and will stay here again ourselves.

Fantastic ! Highly recommend !

Beautiful condo, incredible views of the canal, the river and out to fort Myers and Sanibel Island and beyond . Cape Harbour is awesome with restaurants and shops and sunset views over the marina. Regina was awesome as well, we have no complaints . We will stay again.

Great Condo!

This condo was perfect for our stay at Cape Harbour Marina! The view was absolutely beautiful! The condo had everything we needed (and more). The host was very attentive and provided additional information that enhanced our stay. And the convenience of having so much available within walking distance was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again.

Before the storm

We got in the week before hurricane Milton. We were able to hit select beaches that were open after Helene. The condo was just as advertised and was in a prime location, close to everything.

Took a girls trip for a week. The view was amazing and the area is one of my favorites. However, the condo was smaller then others we have used in the past. Also had trouble with the curtain (open arch) in the master bedroom.

Regina was a great host! Amazing place, the views were incredible and I will always remember them. Drove to many beaches. The “compound” had great restaurants and things to do. First time in Cape Coral and created many memories. Had beach chairs, towels, laundry, full kitchen, fishing poles, and a nice starter kit for the stay.. read books played games, watched some nice shows.

Cape Harbour Gem

I totally agree with the previous reviews. This is a spacious, well-decorated condo with stunning water views, a well-equipped kitchen and a comfy bed. My wife and I stayed for a week in early April and enjoyed the adjacent/nearby restaurants and clubhouse pool. Cape Coral has the same weather as Fort Myers and Naples without nearly the amount of traffic. Regina’s instructions and communications were easy and timely too. All of that added up to great stay for us.

Family Vacation

Nice property. Regina had most everything we needed for our stay. Concerning having elevators last inspected in 2021. 15 flights of stairs were not a good option. Discovered upon arrival the most proximal pool was under construction for the duration of our stay. Having little ones the walk to the secondary pool was not optimal. The views were great but the added stress no-so-much

Hello, I am glad you enjoyed your stay. The elevators are up to date in their inspections, I am not sure why they are not posted. If you had any concerns, I would have been happy to get you a copy. We unfortunately do not have control when they do pool resurfacing. As we have two pools, this normally is not an issue. I'm sorry your family walked to the other pool, we normally pop over in our car. We hope to see you again.

Won't you stay, you'll love it!

This is a great property to stay in. The master bedroom on one side of the condo and the other two bedrooms on the other side of the condo, everyone had there own privacy. Great location. We travel to lovers key state park beach, Naples beach, and Sanibel island beach. Wonderful beaches. We also travel to the Salvador Dali Museum in Saint Pete and the Tampa Zoo. On Tuesdat and Friday we danced and lissen to the band that was playing down stairs in the court. The music was very good and we enjoyed every minute of it. Plenty of good restaurant in the area. Shopping was close, we cooked our own meals sometimes. The view on the 15th floor was unbelievable. Our time here was great, and you will love it to. Rolf

Cape Harbour Gem

This top floor condo has everything you could want at Cape Harbour. Amazing views, tasteful decor, all possible amenities. Regina was prompt and easy to communicate with on the Vrbo app as well as phone. Felt like home! Would recommend to anyone. Thank you!
