Enjoy SW Florida coastal living in this stunning 9th floor condo! Whether you're traveling for vacation, a family visit or remote working, I can't wait to help you get the most of your time in Cape Coral (my family has owned properties and vacationed here for years, and have many recommendations for dining and activities). View Sanibel Island from this 9th floor 3B/2B condo from both lanais, in a private community with fantastic amenities. Everything you need to make memories. Welcome home!

This spacious condo has southern exposure and wonderful views overlooking the inter-coastal water way, Calhousahacchee River, Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Cape Harbour Marina is the place to be with its excellent waterfront restaurants, upscale boutiques, art gallery and a salon/spa. There is plenty to do with 2 pools, clubhouse, bbq grills, basketball court, tennis courts and fitness facility. Area is conducive to walking, jogging or bike riding. Boat and bike rentals, kayak rental, fishing charters, and sunset tours as well as weekly live outdoor entertainment, right on site at Cape Harbour. Convenient drive to Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva, and Pine Island. Supermarkets, stores, shopping, restaurants, banks, pharmacy's, etc., all just a short drive away.
Primary Renter must be at least 27 years old. At time of booking:
* Sign our rental agreement
* Provide valid photo IDs of every guest at or over the age of 18 within 48 hours of booking, or booking will be cancelled
Please NOTE:
* Primary renter must be present for the duration of the stay and provide a credit card
* CARD MUST BE IN NAME OF PERSON SIGNING THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.
* Prior to stay on which (2 days prior to check-in) a $500 damage deposit HOLD only will be run. Highly recommend guest use a valid credit card and not your bank card. Hold will be released after an uneventful stay (within 5 days after checkout).
* No smoking inside the property or parties allowed.
* Pets are NOT permitted.
* No 3rd party bookings.
Our rental contract includes full rules, but no surprises here. We ask guests to observe reasonable quiet hours, refrain from having extra guests, causing damage or misusing the Wi-Fi, and follow community rules like supervising children in public areas.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very clean, beautifully decorated, stunning views, every accommodation you'll need available to you (Beach chairs, beach towels, small appliances, etc.) Convenient location to restaurants, beaches, sightseeing and fishing. It was better in person than the photos can show. Recommend highly!

Great stay in a great unit

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. The place was super clean and very well stocked with any appliance you might like, air fryer, cappuccino machine, margaritas machine, Kuerig and regular coffee maker. The view on this 9th floor unit is spectacular. It is on a very convenient location in Cape Harbor with great restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely be back in the future.

This spacious condo has southern exposure, a split floorplan with the main en suite on one side of the spacious open concept living area, and 2 guest rooms and a guest bath on the opposite side, and wonderful views overlooking the inter-coastal water way, Caloosahatchee River, over to Ft. Myers and Sanibel Island. A spacious gourmet kitchen awaits you with so many amenities including an air-frying range if you decide you want to cook, have a bean to cup craft coffee, or a nice cold beverage!
Cape Harbour Marina is the place to be with its excellent waterfront restaurants, upscale boutiques, art gallery and a salon/spa. There is plenty to do with 2 pools, clubhouse, bbq grills, basketball court, tennis courts and fitness facility. Cape Harbour Marina is conducive to walking, jogging or bike riding. Boat and bike rentals, kayak rental, fishing charters, and sunset tours as well as weekly live outdoor entertainment, right on site. Convenient drive to Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva, and Pine Island. Supermarkets, stores, shopping, restaurants, banks, pharmacy's, etc., all just a short drive away. We have views of the mangroves, watch the boaters pull up to Rum Runners, enjoy the evening music from either screened-in lanai. Catch a show on any TV, including the lanai. As of 2025, streaming tv and many premium tv apps are available in the condo, including YouTube Live.
