Dear guests,

We warmly invite you to discover our stylish and modern apartment in 't Zand, ideal for four people. Located in the heart of the village, the apartment is just five minutes away from the beach and directly situated by the North Holland canal.

Our spacious apartment is equipped with all modern comforts. You can enjoy a lovely south-facing terrace and an interior furnished with comfortable furniture, underfloor heating, and television. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, gas stove, microwave, and sandwich maker.

The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. On the first floor, there are two charming bedrooms; one with two single beds and the other with a luxurious double box spring bed.

In the surrounding area, you can enjoy the most beautiful cycling routes in the dunes and in the Kop van Noord-Holland, the West Friesian market in Schagen, a visit to Texel, the Juttersmarkt in Den Helder, and the world-famous tulip fields with the "De Hoop" grain mill within walking distance.

As an extra facility, we offer a beautiful garden with a separate playground for children, including a swing, trampoline, and soccer goal. Free wifi is available and for adventurous guests, a (rowing) boat is available, as well as excellent fishing water right outside the door.

Ideal apartment with great hosts.

If you are looking at this apartment, book it now. It was a perfect base for exploring the north of the country. The hosts were very helpful and gave us many suggestions on what to see in the area. The apartment is located in a quiet area and is well equipped with everything you might need. We did miss that there were no towels but that was easily fixed by the hosts. Our mistake for not reading the listing carefully. We would certainly stay here again.

Kleine gemütliche Ferienwohnung über 2 Etagen mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Küche und Bad modern und sauber. Etwas steile Treppe zur 2.ten Etage. Einchecken und Auschecken unkompliziert. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für den Norden von Holland (Texel, Den Helder....). Supermarkt und Bäcker im Ort.

Eine wunderbar gemütliche Ferienwohnung erwartete uns. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche findet man alles, wenn man seine Mahlzeiten in der Ferienwohnung zubereiten möchte. Der Garten und die Terrasse wurde von uns für Mahlzeiten draußen genutzt. Saskia und Hans waren sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Sie gaben uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge. Mit dem Fahrrad ist der Strand in Groote Keeten schnell zu erreichen. Er lädt zum Baden und Entspannen ein. Auch andere Ausflugsziele sind schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit verging viel zu schnell. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Charmante, kleine Ferienwohnung mit nettem Vermieter

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der hübschen, sauberen und gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche, bequemes Sofa, Terasse mit Gartenmöbeln und ein kleiner Garten mit Spielgeräten für Kinder sind vorhanden. Im Obergeschoss finden sich zwei schlicht und einfach ausgestattete, völlig ausreichende Schlafzimmer. Vorsicht, die Treppe ist -wohl typisch niederländisch- ziemlich steil. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat viele Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Die traumhaften Strände, sowie die schönen Orte Alkmaar und Schagen sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar und lohnen einen Besuch. Wir haben uns trotz des wechselhaften Wetters sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super Vermieter der sich um alles kümmert. Tolle Übergabe bei Ankunft und eine umfassende Einweisung der Fewo und tolle Informationen der Umgebung.Bei dem Inserat der Ferienwohnung ,müsste ein Hinweis eingefügt werden, das eine sehr steile Treppe zu den zwei Schlafzimmern führt und für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung schwierig ist in die Schafräume zu kommen. Auch sollte die Information im Inserat, "zum Strand in 5 Minuten " so geändert werden " zum Strand in % Minuten mit dem Auto "War ein schöner Urlaub, mit den Infos vom Vermieter haben wir viel gesehen.

Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat uns interessante Tipps zur Erkundung der Umgebung empfohlen. Das Ferienhaus war gemütlich und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, Schagen und Alkmaar sind feine Städte. Das Meer ist nicht weit entfernt und die riesigen Tulpenfelder mit den tollen Farben sind eine Augenweide.

Entspannte Tage in 't Zand

Wir haben die Tage in 't Zand sehr genossen. Dadurch dass der Vermieter quasi nebenan wohnt, war der Check-In sehr einfach. Herr Visser hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns einige Freizeitstipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, und in der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es einen Spar-Markt, in dem man die wichtigsten Dinge bekommt. Die Gegend eignet sich gut für Fahrradfahrten.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub trotz des nicht so sommerlichen Wetters. Unterkunft super, für 2 Personen sehr geräumig, große Terrasse und schöner Garten. Sehr netter Vermieter. Gemütliche Unterkunft und guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet, im eigenen Garten kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Tür zur Garage könnte etwas besser gedämmt sein. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hatte jede Menge gute Ausflugstips in petto. Haben einige Touren mit dem Fahrrad gemacht und uns gut erholt! 100% Weiterempfehlung!
