A holiday rental for 4 people, 20 km from Le Tréport, near the Bay of Somme. Located in the heart of the Bresle Valley, on the edge of the forest, and at the starting point of several hiking trails, come relax at Le Frêne Chantant: nestled between lush countryside—where ponds and rivers blend into the Forest of Eu—and the sea at the Somme Bay, you’ll find peace and the invigorating sea air. The cottage features two large terraces where you can relax as the sun rises or sets, as well as a large 2,000 m² garden. Le Frêne Chantant is the ideal place to get together and relax as a couple, with friends, or with family: enjoy a cosy interior in the heart of nature. The owner’s workshop is located on the property adjacent to the holiday rental (no disturbances). Just 20 minutes from the beaches of the Baie de Somme, with all shops in Gamaches (4 km away) and Blangy-sur-Bresle (9 km away). Please note: this cottage is not all-inclusive; certain amenities are available at an additional cost. Ground floor: Entrance into a large, cosy living area (40 m²) featuring an open kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, single-bowl sink, dishwasher, 3-burner induction cooktop, microwave, multifunction oven, filter coffee maker) with a snack table and 2 bar stools, - dining area - living room (105-cm TV with Netflix available, Bluetooth speaker) - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190 cm), - 1 bedroom with 2 double beds (90x190 cm), - bathroom with a large shower (90x120 cm), washing machine, - toilet, baby gear (travel cot, changing pad). The upper floor is not currently accessible as it has not yet been finished. Outdoors: 2 terraces, each 37 m², at the front and back of the house; a fully enclosed garden at the front of the cottage and partially enclosed at the back (the far end of the garden is separated from a large meadow by a barbed-wire fence). Outdoor furniture, barbecue. Private, enclosed parking.
