Welcome to our charming beach house, nestled in a quiet and green setting, only 250m from the beach of Porcé.
House of 75m2 completely renovated and equipped, it offers a comfortable refuge close to many tourist sites (Pornichet, La Baule, Guérande...).
Living room of 35 m2 with living room with TV and Wifi, a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, hood, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker). Bathroom with Italian shower.
Separate toilet.
Upstairs, a first bedroom with double bed (140x190) and wardrobe. A second bedroom with sofa bed.
For the outside, on the front of the house gravelled driveway allowing you to park your vehicle. At the back garden with trees and fully enclosed with a terrace with table, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue and parasol.
Beach 3 minutes walk, shops 500m, hospital less than 10 minutes by car. Ideal for a romantic or family stay.
