Maison 5 Pers - 50m de la Plage Valentin

Just 50 metres from Valentin Beach—no roads to cross! You can enjoy the sailing and surfing school, which is a 5-minute walk away. The house is a 20-minute walk from Le Croisic train station and the supermarket.

The large terrace features outdoor parking for 5 bicycles. There is an electric charging station in the car parking space. A barbecue is available on the terrace, which is furnished with a 5-person patio set.

On the ground floor, a fully equipped open kitchen (large oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) opens onto the living/dining area. There is a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, a master bedroom with a large 160x200 Queen-size bed and a large walk-in closet, and a bedroom with three 90x200 beds (not bunk beds) offering a breathtaking view of the sea through the large Velux skylight, which features an electrically operated exterior insulating blind.

Bon emplacement, accueil très bon, logement très bien, un détail juste l'escalier blanc et avec 2 petits chiens et le sable rapidement sale mais facile à nettoyer. Bonne literie. Un bon moment à 2 adultes et 2 chiens.

Maison vraiment très bien située, très propre et très bien équipée. Maison un peu petite pour 4 adultes mais nous y avons passé un très bon moment.

bonjour à tousRien a dire, location conforme à l'anonce.La gérante étaitla à notre arrivée, très aimable! proche de tous commerces Batz s/mer à 5 mn en voiture petit village cosy , proche de la mer pour faire des balades a pied le matin ,également proche de la Baule 18 mn ,le Croisic superbe petit village de pèche sympa avec de très bonne crèperies je recommande les "3 matelots . par contre il faut absolument évité d'aller au restaurant La Dérive pas commerçants et la Bouffe est "Infecte" moules pas cuites servi avec une sauce couleur verdatre j'ai eu la nausée!!!je recommande aussi l'incontournable La Turballe , faire le tour du village avec le p'tit train est a faire sans hésitépuis au retour déguster une glace artisanale au bout de jétée du p'tit port magnifique.Vacances réussi!!!Je recommande cette location !

Petite maison très accueillante

La maison contient tout ce qu’il faut, les chambres sont confortables, la terrasse est ensoleillée, l’emplacement à deux pas de la plage est un plus !

Balades en bord de mer, plage à 50 mètres Visite de Guerande et apéros à Pornic . Le tout dans une belle location. 10/10 pour la literie et pour les ustensiles mis à dispo.
