Charming Wine Country Cottage Steps from Downtown - Permit #2012-27

Welcome to our charming two bedroom cottage in St. Helena, the heart of the Napa Valley. Our home is just steps from downtown restaurants, grocery store, shops, movie theatre, and wineries. Enjoy all the famed Napa Valley wine country has to offer. Choose to spend the day tasting at some of the world's premier wineries or visit the shops of St. Helena, Yountville, Calistoga and Napa.

Each bedroom has a queen bed and there is an additional pull out couch in the living room, which allows five persons to sleep in the cottage. There is one full bathroom, tub & shower. The property has a large back yard. We are in close proximity of world famous restaurants, including the Culinary Institute, and many wineries. It is a short walk to the town of St. Helena, with quaint little shops and a theater.

Please note: Our home is permitted by the City of St. Helena with an occupancy of no greater than 5 persons. The City and our neighbors strictly enforce this limit on us, so we have to enforce it on our guests. This policy will be enforced with exterior cameras that monitor the entrances and exits from the home only. Failure to adhere to this limit on occupancy will result in forfeiture of damage deposit and/or immediate eviction from property.

We kindly request that you confine your parking to our oversize driveway.

A charming, sunny house on a quiet street only 1 block from major shopping street. Lovely property with a large, pleasant backyard and a hot tub. Well appointed kitchen but no dishwasher.We would highly recommend both St.Helena and this property for a relaxing Napa Valley stay.

The best thing about this property is LOCATION and super quiet. Within walking distance to Safeway and all of downtown St Helena. Close proximity to many wineries, within driving distance. Only a few downsides one the sink in the kitchen leaked. Property manager when notified said she knew. Would have been nice to be made aware of this before it ran all over the kitchen floor. Second we went to access the spa outside the last night and it was dirty. Didn’t call about it as departing the next day so wouldn’t have had another time to use it It was a lovely stay all in all but could have been better.

I want to sincerely thank Nancy for taking the time to review her stay at our St. Helena home. I do feel it’s important to clarify a few details for anyone reading her comments. Regarding the very small leak under the sink, Nancy and I discussed this together upon her arrival. I had already arranged for it to be repaired, and I explained that because the leak was minimal and fully contained by a pan, I preferred not to interrupt her stay with a plumber unless she wanted immediate service. She agreed, and the repair has since been completed. As for the hot tub, I’m truly sorry if it did not meet Nancy’s personal expectations. Our hot tub is professionally maintained on a regular schedule and is always cleaned and serviced before each guest arrives. We take great pride in offering a five‑star experience in the Napa Valley, and I genuinely hope Nancy will give us another opportunity to welcome her back and show her the level of comfort and care we are known for. Thank you.

Our host was very welcoming and the house was immaculate. Very well located for walking to St Helena restaurants and shops. The house is a charming 1920s house with a very ample driveway for parking and a large peaceful yard.

Been staying here for years for Napa getaways, without the hype. Comfortable, updated, heart of St. Helena. Consistently update and improve their property which is greatly appreciated. Large backyard with firplace, furniture and propane barbecue is also great for our well behaved dog.
