The house is located in the center of town and is surrounded by vineyards. One of the most iconic vineyards in the valley, the Spottswoode winery, is our neighbor next block.
Stroll to Model bakery in the morning for breakfast or to farmer's market on Friday afternoons. Rent bicycles in town, play tennis or pickleball on public courts in Crane Park. Explore the exciting food scene of St. Helena, or find a perfect hidden winery at the end of a winding road. If you like to take walks, there is a fantastic scenic route that will take you up the mountain past beautiful vineyards and oak groves.

The house itself has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has been recently remodeled, boasting a chef's kitchen with a professional gas range, a double drawer dishwasher, and a wine fridge. It is a perfect place to unwind after a full day of sightseeing and wine tasting. Spend an evening on a deck overlooking a large backyard sipping wine, or take a dip in the private hot tub and watch the stars appear in the sky.

The neighborhood is very quiet and residential; during the day people walk their dogs, small children play on the street. We want everyone to have a great time, but we also respect our neighbors' peace. Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Our property is strictly a non-party place. Due to the strict residential noise ordinances, we do not allow social gatherings, loud parties, or intoxication on the premises.

The property has a Ring doorbell/video camera, as wells as an outside video camera over the entrance to the backyard.
