Hi, Mary and Steve here. We live in Brookfield Wi. We are so happy to be able to buy our first home in The Villages, after visitings Steve's Mom there for many years. Since we are both working , we are only able to come down a few times a year, so we are happy to share our home with you
Why they chose this property
We bought this home mainly because it is in such a central Area of the Three Town Squares. There is Shopping, churches, Golf courses all within minutes of our home.
There is a family pool with 2 golf courses, pickle ball court, Recreation center within 5 minutes of our home.

What makes this property unique
we have an Electric golf cart with new Lithium Batteries that we just love. Will travel up to 50 miles with one charge. We include the golf cart with our rental. Our home has 3 bedrooms which will accommodate 6 people. That allows our tenants to have their family and friends visit.
