The house was a perfect fit for our family. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. Having the golf cart to take our kids to the family pool was a bonus.

We had a great stay. The Village of Fenney has a very nice pool and good walking trails. Very good communication with the host and the house was very comfortable for us and our dog.

Very good communication with David! Had a situation with house cleaning at arrival and David responded and took prompt action and that was very much appreciated! Great location and use of Golf car really enhanced and Sold the experience. Would for sure rent from again. The Villages really is a neatly set up and unique Special place!

We enjoyed our stay 100% Everything was in working order, clean and presentable. Would easily rent this unit again without hesitation! Not really much to say other than the owner had everything prepared and ready to go on our arrival! The owner even went the extra mile when we requested to check in 1 day early! Had his cleaning crew get things ready so we could enjoy 1 more day!

The place was decorated nicely. Loved the privacy of the lanai in the back of the house. The kitchen was pretty sparse as far as silverware and dishes. Also only had three bath towels for four people, however when notifying David, more towels arrived the next day. David also listed many recreational activities that were very helpful.All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Communication from the host was great. The home was exactly like the photos and nicely furnished. We enjoyed having use of the golf cart which helped us explore The Villages as if we lived there. If we return, we would definitely stay at this home again.
