Neat and Tidy

Overall I had a lovely stay. Very basic however you get what you pay for. No complaints. Host contact number replied within the hour if not sooner. The only downside would be the area. People inside the unit complex were friendly but I wouldn’t recommend walking the streets especially by yourself.

Great pricing

The owner provided all details needed to enter property! Overall the property is an average Florida apartment. TV has apps that you can log into your personal apps (such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney etc)Shopping/Grocery stores are convenient to walk, for anything you may need or forgotten. Bring pillows if you use them or buy them at the target which is a short walking distance away. (Pillows were very very thin)I didn't look around the apartment building for hot tub or laundry so I don't have any update for those items.
