About this property

South Beach Studio Condo on the beach, 335 Ocean Drive, Art Deco area- Florida.

This condominium is located in the renovated Ocean Walk Condominium (formerly Ocean Walk Hotel) in the world-famous Art Deco District of South Beach. You are within walking/biking distance of all the excitement South Beach has to offer; restaurants, nightclubs, shopping and the famous Lincoln Rd., where you will find outside dining and entertainment, everything.
Our cozy, studio condominium has tile floors and cabinets with granite counter. We have a daybed with twin beds, (a pull out to make two twin beds together, purchased at Ikea) You will find our studio comfortable and very clean and newly painted and decorated. It has a pool with access to the beautiful beach.
The property sits directly on the beach (direct access). Rental-time periods range from short term (three days minimum) to long term (months), and rates are dependent upon time of year and rental duration. We are licensed by the City of Miami Beach and State of Florida.
Parking information will be passed along when needed as you will need to log on to the city of Miami Beach web site to obtain a parking permit for zone 1. (I will assist you with it.). Parking fee for the day is $3.21,

I've been to Miami quite a few times and this place was perfect for my trip. Great location...the pool and beach access is such a luxury! The place is compact...good for a solo person or a couple. Communication was great throughout my stay. I came in around 1am and had no issues with the lockbox and getting the keys to the apt.

We had a great visit. The area around the property is really nice. The pool area is safe and the beach is very close. Loved walking down the path by the beach and nearby parks. We found a couple stores close by also and there are a lot of restaurants and bars really close.

Our stay at this Miami beach rental was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the sand and close to great restaurants, shops, and nightlife. We are Gary and Maria Elena. I was born in Miami, Florida and my wife has lived here for many years. We love the beach, especially the South Beach area. We purchased the studio for a get away place and also enjoy renting it to people and sharing what So. Beach has to offer. I worked for the City of Miami as a computer programmer, and I am now retired. My wife retired this year (2017) from Florida Christian school where she was a teacher, then an Elementary Principal for the last 10 years. She served at the school for 36 years. We have 2 adult children and 3 grandchildren. We love and enjoy our family and our American bulldog "Sophie".

Why they chose this property

South Beach has always been a favorite area of ours. We have seen it grow and be renovated the past few years. This area is historic and holds many memories of us going there to the So. Point as a teenagers. We were very happy to be able to purchase the studio in Ocean Dr. and, not only enjoy it ourselves, but also share it with people around the world.

What makes this property unique

Ocean Drive is a unique Art Deco and historic area. Ocean Drive is a world famous street with many clubs, restaurant and entertainment. Also, to the south of 5th street you can enjoy a more quiet tranquil beach atmosphere. You can go biking, go to the pier and walk down the water way to see the cruise ships coming or going out. Also, you can eat at Smith and Wollensky by the water way or walk down to Monty Trainers for a casual dinner by the bay and watch the beautiful sunsets and yachts.
