Underwhelming Experience

This condo needs some TLC. Some blinds were damaged, a broken piece from one of the bar stools was sitting on the counter when we arrived, shelves for the refrigerator door were broken and stacked on top of the fridge with pieces taped together, the shower curtain liner needs to be replaced, it had mold all along the bottom, the TV in the bedroom was broken (although property manager did come over and replaced with a new tv the next day after I reported). And the master bedroom had no comforter, just a thin brown blanket. But the biggest disappointment was the gas grill, which was all rust inside making it unusable. I did share this feedback with the property manager who said she would follow up with the owner. We also received conflicting information via text and email regarding access codes & keys. This resulted in us not being able to access the condo until an hour later than the 4pm checkin time when someone finally called me with accurate information. We love Wells & Ogunquit but would not rent this property again.
