The entire apartment was clean and had several supplies available for use from cooking utensils to some cleaning supplies and laundry detergent. The rooms were spacious and clean and the bathroom was well stocked. I would definitely recommend for your next visit to Columbia, SC and surrounding areas

Thanks for your thoughtful review! We’re happy you enjoyed the cleanliness, spaciousness, and amenities. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back to Columbia, SC again soon!!
Five Point and campus easily drivable. Shower and bathroom cleanliness was undesirable, needs a deep clean and updating. Garbage pile up outside the unit that animals get into at night. Sheets and towels very clean. Floors very clean.
The space was well appointed, clean and pleasantly decorated. We had no problems accessing the internet and everything worked. The location was convenient to the events we attended.
Convenient, cute apartment. Very clean, appliances work well (outside of the ice maker). Very close to 5 Points in a great walking neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.
It was clean, coffee situation, bring k cups… our bed was very comfortable but my mother in law says hers felt like a rock. Toilets very slow to flush. But the shower is amazing!! Overall great place!

This 2 bedroom unit in an older triplex was a good location for our time in town for orientation at USC. The beds were comfortable and linens/towels clean and in good shape. The bathroom is small and very basic but plenty of hot water. However there were a lot of housekeeping issues that we reported ( some mentioned in other earlier reviews too) - dusty light fixtures, dirty walls and blinds, ‘stale dog’ smelly pillows/upholstery in the living room, poorly cleaned dishes/cups in the cabinets (there isn’t a dishwasher) and skimpy basics as far as dishes, cups and cutlery. The contact for the property assured me they use a professional cleaning service when I asked but if so they should find a new service. This unit needs a thorough deep clean, especially since it allows pets, and regular quality checks of the housekeeping work being provided. I’d stay here again if it was better maintained as far as housekeeping.
The stay was okay overall—nothing was “wrong,” but it felt a bit dated compared to most short-term rentals today. The bathroom and overall finishes are older, and there were no extra amenities that we’ve come to expect, such as basic spices, sufficient cooking utensils, or even a blow dryer.I could tell from the pictures the unit was small but it seemed so much tighter in person. No real outdoor space. More pictures would have helped with this. The biggest downside for us was the location. It sits right on the edge of a less desirable area, and parking was also a challenge. That said, if you’re simply looking for a clean, no-frills place at roughly hotel pricing, it does the job—the space was clean and the bed was comfortable. For our needs, though, we would likely choose something like a one-bedroom suite at Home2 Suites instead for better space and amenities.
