Everything was excellent besides not being told the tub stoppers didn’t work as I have a toddler but other than that it was very clean and spacious. Exactly as advertised online and easy check in.

Just what we needed to visit our soldier graduating from Fort Jackson! Close to the base, good food, and BEAUTIFUL zoo! Having 2.5 bathrooms was very helpful getting ready for our days super early and in a hurry.

This home was beautiful, very clean, and exactly as described. The owner is very responsive and friendly. The property also offers off street private parking. I highly recommend this home and if I’m ever in town again, I will definitely rent this home again!! This home is only about 10 minutes from Fort Jackson as we were in town for our son’s graduation. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this rental! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. I visited fort Jackson to attend my son’s graduation from BASICS Training. The place was clean, cozy, and was close to all the amenities and close to the base. Highly recommend!

It was a very clean property, roomy and well decorated. It is very close to the USC and other places. The neighborhood is fine (not high end but seemingly safe enough) but on a pretty busy road. Road noise in the front bedroom may be an issue. We slept in the rear and it was quiet. The only minor issue was there were no paper towels, napkins or tissues anywhere in the house so be prepared. There was tp though.

The Paija Palace was clean and had good amenities. It is warmly decorated and feels very comfortable. The check in and check out process were very easy and the host communications were very professional.It is located on a busy street and the neighborhood is a little rough around the edges.

The house was exactly as described and perfect for our stay. It was clean and comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and the house is close to tons of stores and the base. Check in was a breeze, the directions were very clear. My only 2 star part of the stay was that I messaged the owner a couple of times once to request an early check in (even if we couldn't it would have been nice to get a response to my message) and once to let him know the stove burner wasn't working (stuff like this happens no big deal) and I never received a response. If I had a true need to contact the owner I would have not been able to get in touch.

Quick trip 10/10

We stayed here for a USC football game weekend with friends and had the best time! The house was super clean, smelt great, and the beds were comfy. There was enough parking space for 2 cars which was a plus because due to flight changes we ended up having to rent an additional car to drive from Charlotte. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

My family enjoyed our stay at this clean, very spacious rental. All necessities were provided and the owner was prompt with answering any questions we had before and during our stay. Easy drive to USC to visit our daughter on a football game weekend!

The host responded quickly and was helpful to answer the questions we had. Due to the extreme cold, we were allowed to check in even earlier than the early check in time. I would have 1 suggestion. South Carolina ask you to recycle but coming from a state that you can choose to recycle, a second trash can for recyclables would be nice a long with a list that is allowed. Otherwise, I would come back again! It is extremely close to Fort Jackson which the reason we came. Thanks again!
