Great space, love the location to beach. Unit was stocked for cooking which was appreciated. Unit is a bit dated and needs a little cosmetic TLC but no issues that bothered us or caused concern.

Family Vacation

We had a great stay and the unit was perfect. Being on the ground floor was great for getting to the beach and pool, and we still had an amazing view of the water. Definitely would recommend staying here.

The best thing about the condo was the view. It wasn’t very clean and it needed a lot of updating. It had been used by many people before us and not been painted or deep cleaned for a long time. I would not stay there again.It had a great view and was a very good location, but that was about it
The be cleaned! All of the baseboard needed to be painted
I didn’t want to put anything on this shelf in the bathroom!
this is the ceiling in the shower. It was rusted and flaking into the shower.
Again, the rug was really dirty

Beach Vacation

We come here every year for a family reunion. Condo was well, equipped, clean and perfect for our family. We loved being on the first floor, easy access to the pool and beach!

Perfect getaway

Guest Cottage was the perfect retreat for a September beach getaway! Loved the first floor property that opened up to a grassy area and provided direct access to the beach and pool. The condo was tastefully furnished and very clean!

We came for the car show at The Ritz Carlton and the location was perfect! The extra touches of snacks and coffee were very thoughtful! The condo has great views of the sunrise over the beach. Very clean and comfortable!
