The Space:

Winter waves roll in just beyond the glass as you sink into warm water on the oceanfront deck, steam rising into the cool coastal air. Inside, the studio glows with the soft warmth of the electric fireplace, creating an easy rhythm between the sound of the sea and a quiet evening in. Morning brings misty horizons, fresh coffee, and uninterrupted views of the Pacific right outside your door.



The space

This oceanfront studio is designed for two guests and laid out on a single level with no stairs. The open great room combines the living, sleeping, and dining areas into one comfortable space focused on the water. A queen bed anchors the sleeping area, positioned to enjoy the view, while the main living area offers a cozy place to unwind after a day on the beach.



Living and comfort

Central heating and an electric fireplace make the space especially inviting during the cooler months, perfect for fireside evenings as storms pass offshore. A TV and high-speed wifi support relaxed nights in, and a dedicated workspace in a common area allows you to stay connected if needed.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen overlooks the ocean and provides everything you need to prepare meals at your own pace. Stainless steel appliances, including an electric stove and oven, pair with a dining table set for two. Whether you’re cooking a simple breakfast or settling in with a warm dinner, the kitchen keeps you connected to the view throughout.



Bathroom essentials

The full bathroom features a spa-style standing shower and bathroom essentials, offering a comfortable place to refresh after a walk along the shore or an evening soak.



Outdoor living

Step onto your private oceanfront patio or balcony to experience the coast in every season. The private hot tub is available year-round, making it easy to enjoy long winter sunsets or brisk, star-filled nights. Outdoor furniture and an electric BBQ extend the living space outside when weather allows.



Location and access

Set directly on the waterfront, the studio offers private beach access so you can walk straight from the property onto the sand. A private entrance, free parking on the premises, and free street parking make arrivals and departures simple.

Guest Access:

We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in.

Blue Pacific by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 2 weeks prior to arrival by email and text message.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

The Beachside Retreats complex (formerly, Romantic Retreats) is located in Lincoln City from Highway 101 and offers all oceanfront properties with direct beach access right from the property. The complex is made up of two oceanfront buildings (duplex, 4-plex) and onsite complex parking. Beachside Retreats is located in the quiet Wecoma Beach neighborhood, featuring unique direct beach access from the property. Walk the sands and search for hidden gems along the beaches, perhaps find a hidden glass float to take home from the Finders Keepers float fairies of Lincoln City, then head back to your private getaway and relax in the luxury of your private beachfront condo and soak in your tub watching the waves.

Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7, including our afterhours emergency service.
