Enjoy family & friends while watching great surf action from hot tub

Surf & sandy beach are steps from your deck. Great Room looks over the sand & surf with fireplace & knotty pine vaulted ceilings. Great home for anyone that can't do stairs. Three of the 5 bedrooms are on the entry floor along with 2 full baths. There is 2 king bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms & 1 twin bedroom. Kids love playing in the loft (finished attic space off the twin bedroom). Kitchen is fully stocked for preparing a big meal . Outdoor fire-pit, deck overlooking the ocean with private stairs right down to the sand and a close walk to tide pools. Sun room with wicker furnishings and patio are great for coolers, bikes, etc.

This year, the house was spectacular! Everything from the courtyard to the heated toilet seat was amazing! I do need to add that there are 3 rather deep steps from the street to the courtyard that were kinda hard to navigate for our elderly guest, but we made it! I appreciated that everything necessary was on the main floor so that she didn't have to deal with stairs. I would definitely stay here again.The company was very prompt with the codes, everything was as it should and promised to be. Very nice. Thank You.

We loved our week at Heathergate. The location can’t be beat, and all people in our party enjoyed walking the beach and exploring tide pools! The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Karen was very responsive when we contacted her about an issue with the hot tub. We hope to get to come back again!

This cozy older beach house is very comfortable. Amazing views and a nice gas fireplace to sit by and watch the waves in the winter. We enjoyed the hot tub in the rain.

Great location and setup for extended family

The bedrooms are nicely spaced out and well appointed for a vacation. Cannot beat the location with steps from the yard to go directly to the beach. Easy walk to some of the best tidepools on the Oregon coast as well.
