Charming cottage in the fields

Enjoy the bucolic setting of this romantic house combining modernity and the charm of the old surrounded by fields and nature in the Perche.
All comfort, cocooning and quiet, for a couple and a young child (equipment on request available at an additional cost).
It is located 15 minutes from the Aigle train station and 5 minutes from Moulins la Marche where you will find all the necessary shops.
2 hours from Paris by car and 1 hour 15 minutes by train from the Gare Montparnasse (Arrival at the Aigle station)

Small detached house (80m2), comfortable, freshly renovated combining the charm of the old and modernity.

A bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower and toilet) upstairs. A smart TV in
A double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and a baby cot on request (travel cot).

Large flower garden with fruit trees and vegetable beds, deckchairs, outdoor sofa, dining table, Weber barbecue.

Board games and badminton available.
Inflatable mini-pool for children on request.

Tourist attractions: Abbaye de la Trappe, Château de Thuboeuf, Manoir de Cournoyer, Manufacture Bohin, Museum of the Countess of Ségur, Mortagne au perche, Bellême, La Chapelle Montligeon, Château de la fierté Frênes, Château de Fontenil, Haras du Pin.
